  1. I suggest using studs for the top 2 bolts. they help with realignment.

  5. looks professional, Jessie the one semester I had wood shop was the same semester that the roof leaked at that end of the building and we weren't allowed to use any power tools. I made a small jewelry box and a couple photo frame things.

  10. I've tweaked the results to better reflect the known mistakes in Jeep's computers. of course your full build sheet is even bigger than what pops up. we lost a lot of info before it ever got into chrysler's computer system.

there's still a chance that your original paper copy is still in the truck! common locations are under the seat, behind the rear carpet panel, behind a door panel, or under eh pass side dash.
  14. ouch. well, fingers crossed!

    hemi gladiator?

capacity is always capped by... something. they don't usually say what. and anything that adds weight to the truck, subtracts that from the tow capacity. just the price of that cool diesel sound.
  17. shhhh...
  18. the box with the gears is your O2 sensor mechanical timer. (lights up the check engine light at about 75k miles) the box with the velcro is your intermittent wiper brain box. no idea what the electronic servo thing is for. not factory. can't tell what that first photo is.
  19. still pulling her weight.
  20. your CPS will remain in the truck. just unbolt it and bolt it to the new transmission. it HAS to stay with the flywheel and computer.
  21. I would remove that trailer brake guy and all his associated wiring.
