I keep looking at unique campers and think, yeah, I think I could live in that. I would need a workshop home base though.

a stockish truck, doing regular truck things, can run the WJ arms without incident. yes, it could contact when offroading in twisty trails and limit your droop. Don ran them for years just fine. I trimmed mine out of curiosity rather than need.

rotate the axle. or trim a bit off the brackets.

why are you unable to use the WJ arms? did you trim the steel sleeve flush with the rubber bushing?

most of those should be in their price list. if you've never pulled a rear window, read up on it first. harbor freight sells a kit. be patient and go slow so the cable does overheat and snap too often. and be sure you're not cutting into any interior bits and only cutting the urethane glue. if you get the trim off intact, and the window pulled out intact, put the trim back onto the window because sometimes junkyards like to nickle and dime ya with every individual part.

I would add 1.5" spacers and call it a day. 'tis a good lookin' truck! looks a bit familiar. is it in the registry yet?

the rubber "gasket" (but not really a gasket) that goes around the window. it has to be carefully pried away from the window one bit at a time. and cross your fingers that the installer didn't use too much of the urethane. if the gasket gets accidentally glued in place, it's not really retrievable.

some stuff arrived today! also both fedex guys managed to back into the one lower branch on the west pear tree. the first almost punctured his truck but it popped up and slid over, the second caught it different and ended up snapping off 10 ft of wood. lol. one less thing I gotta trim I guess. still missing a couple more pieces.

if nothing else, replacement wheels would still have been made for a bit.
