    cherokees have dedicated turn lights. The brake and turn lights in an MJ are the same lights.

    a cooler thermostat will only open sooner. once your truck is up to operating temperature, the system will remain the same since both thermostats will be open (and identical). how hot is it running?

    my brain wants to say it's somewhere on the pass side of the engine bay. :dunno: Never actually looked for it before since it's either now non-functional or never existed in my trucks.

    are you sure you have an AX-15? if not, can you snap a photo of the bottom of the trans?

    the light is activated by a little vacuum switch. it's possible that it is simply stuck. and please see rule # 2. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1239

    Just shim the CAD over and be done with it. :thumbsup: It's free and takes maybe a half hour at the most. There are reasons why Jeep wiped that design from the face of the earth in the mid 90s.
