  1. nobody can help me ...........??
  2. well the asd relay kicks in the CPS is ok and the cam sensor to any ideas to what to check next what can cause the asd to activate ? the truck is sold and I need to get it going please input on this............
  3. all right, fault finding done and I got no power comming from the fuzelink wire I also tested continuity between the #87 prong and the relay and the #139 connector at the fuel pump and its all good I did replace the fuzelink with a fuse holder a 20 gauge fuzelink = how many amp fuse??????? just to make sure I'm not putting a fuse to big for the circuit 20A I'm guessing the prob is between the starter relay and the #30 prong on the fuel pump relay tomorow I will open the wire pack and look for the faulty wire if I can't find it I will just put a new one more to follow
  4. I will check that seems resonable that a wire would be bad to the relay I was about to start checking that because all components of the circuit are good but as you know there are a lot of wires to check ............
  5. I've chech almost everything the pump work the resistor on the fender show 1.2 homs all fuse link are ok all relays are ok but I get no voltage at the pump and at the conector #157 behind the kick panel on LH side the only thing I have not check is the engine CPU is there a sensor or something other then the ones mention above that, if it does not work, won't allow voltage at the pump? TY
  6. for those who did a SOA on their comanche where did you get your preches I went to my local parts store and the only thing they have is for a 3'' tube ( dana 44 or 60 ) but not for a 35 I'm thinking to go for mopars but kind of afraid of the price...... any sugestion??
  7. and she runs I took it to work last friday and it was very nice I know its april but still put on the summer tires and that's how she stands with 4.5'' and 35'' here is a couple pics I took today Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found is it me or she sits low in the back ? maybe Ill have to do the SOA a bit sooner then I tought
  8. well I wanted to go for a drive today but my clutch slave said otherwise I started the truck yesterday and drove it in the garage to work on the valves and this morning I had a pudle of brake fluid under it so I jumped in the truck and WHAT???????? no f*cking clutch pedal, straight to the floor now I'm just about to set the truck on fire and dance around it and claim insanity
  9. has any one of you ever had problems with your clutch slave when it was real cold outside mine just blew and it was a new one installed this summer and the truck never even left the garage it was parked outside and when I drove it in the garage the slave was done ............ :hateputers: N/A to people from cali or florida
  10. mechanic friend came buy tonight and he said most likely its the valve that needs adjustment so Ill get on that some time before the end of the week hopefully I'm not to retarded and f*ck things even more and Ill try to take enough pics to do a DIY on it more coming soon Dominic
  11. did fix the flasher today so I'm happy with that but the engine is still making some bad noise still waiting on my mechanic buddy to show up :peek:
  12. ok the flasher in the front are working fine and the rear pass to found out I don't have voltage going to the rear driver one I got voltage at the 157 conector but nothing at the back of the truck so I'm guessing the wire is bad somewhere I'll be replacing it soon and hopefuly that will fix it also redid de G102 just to make sure and I tought I had the wiring wrong when I did the XJ to MJ harness :thwak: but no its all good the only thing I can think of that might have damage the wire is: those are the wire running along the door and where it goes by 3 screws that hold the moulding before going under the truck
  13. ok if I take the valve cover off I'm pretty sure I won't be able to save the gasket 1 what will I be looking for : loose parts, loose rockers 2 can I put RTV gasket maker instead of a real gasket ? by the way thanks for the answer
  14. still there anymore ideas???
