  1. According to the parts manuals, the change year was 1991.
  2. The 98 has two narrow band O2 sensors, upstream and downstream. One before the catalyst, one after. A wideband O2 sensor does not replace the narrow band sensor(s) you have now. You still need to keep the original Renix or HO O2s, whatever system you have, to feed the ECU. The wideband O2 sensor is stand-alone and it's only purpose in life is to provide the input for a wideband A/F meter or data recorder. To install it you need to weld an additional bung on the downpipe and wire it up.
  3. This is how the factory XJ hitch mounts. #2 are the nutstrips I referred to in my previous post.
  4. Don't you just love it when everyone tells you what spare you should or shouldn't put under your show truck, and how you should use or not use it? :shake:
  5. Those should be nutstrips that slide into the unibody frame strut. At least that's how the factory hitch was mounted on an XJ that I used to have.

    Smog this:
  7. 91 fuel rail & Hesco adj. regulator on an 01 intake. Also the throttle body hole on the new intakes is 62mm vs. 60mm on the early HOs, so it's best to use a bored out 62mm throttle body.

Yep, 39 Plymouth. Good eye Jim. Thought it was a 38 International at first like the one below.
  9. Heck no Mike. I'm going to use the cargo light switch to trigger the rear fog lamp relay like they did for the export MJs.
  10. Repainted in 09.
  11. Must be a very good friend Johnny. Hope he paid you gas money.
  12. I always pull them off with a BPC. (BIG Pair of Channel-Locks) If that doesn't work you can rent one of these at Autozone.
  13. I have the same setup but it's OBD1 - this is how I routed the belts. H2O pump must turn ccw. Your belt routing is correct so that's not the problem. Pull the output wire off the sensor (left rear cylinder head), and touch it to ground on the head with the IGN ON. Do you get any temp gauge meter deflection?
  14. Autozone has them, $12.99. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/parts/Duralast-Temperature-Switch/_/N-91shz?itemIdentifier=19138_0_0_
  15. 5/16" would work, just have to drill out the 1/4" holes in the valve arm and the diff bracket.
  16. Installed a pair of Redline hood struts. Nice product.
  17. Not too bad.
  18. You have to call them. They sell / ship worldwide.
  19. Sounds familiar. Same way I did it at the Ft Eustis VA Flying Club. Worked the counter and serviced the aircraft until I got my private. Cost me nothing except my time, which I enjoyed.
  20. That's no help. What's the link?

    New Info

Rick has always been a drama aficionado. :brows:
  22. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=0gGPROkwZnQ
  23. It's more than a radiator problem. Recommend you do a coolant system pressure test
  24. Lacy didn't take a dive, he's a bum who lost his "Left Hook" back in 08 against Jermain Taylor, another washed up bum. Sadly, some guys don't know when it's time to quit in boxing and have to make a living. Another fight that night was Edison Miranda going the distance but getting both eyes closed in a loss that made him look like a gargoyle with no eyes. Boxing is a tough real sport. Getting back on topic, only Keyav8r and Jim got the point of my original post: Sic: The freaking media glamorizing an insignificant event like some basketball player cashing into the highest bidder then distorting the "Going Home" tribute to our returning vets to theme this insignificant event. Sorry, it pissed me off, and I could care less what anyone's opinion is of professional sports is.
  25. Yep, sad story. The man had it by the tail, great power, KO-ing everyone, I was really pulling for him. Personal demons gotta be tough to conquer.
