I have horrible night vision to start off with. I will be practical in choosing the darkness of the tint. If the tint is too much $, I am going to invest in a couple cans of white Krylon spray paint for the side and hatch windows in an attempt to get the panel truck look.

All I know Buck is that it’s is hot in the Jeep. I will find out how dark I can go when I pick a tint company. I will let you know when I find out though.

Oh yeah I found what I have been looking a long time for the Cherokee! The junk yard LKQ was having an 40% off sale this weekend, so I went yesterday to check if they had anything that I needed. I could not believe that they had not one, but three 2 door Cherokee’s. They were all 1994 and all in white . I look through the first two and they were trashed. I had a friend with me, so we could get a late model front axle. Walking down another row at the back of the yard we see the front of another Cherokee sticking out. Got up to it and it was a third 2 door. I could not be happier to see it had the vent window in the large side window! I checked them out and both vent windows worked. They were tinted and I thought it was aftermarket tint. Turned out it was tinted glass - sweet. I am so glad I had help because they were a bear to get out -> I had posted a question for advice on if I should tint the windows or not. Everyone who commented said tint, so I planned on doing it already. Oh yeah, got them for $30 Pictures to come.

Thanks. Just went to the the 40% off at LKQ and found a 2 door with the small windows that open up on the large side ones! And they are factory tinted, so I have no choice on the tint now

I am going to the pick n pull tomorrow to get some 2 door side windows with the vent windows. They are tinted so it has me thinking should I keep the tint?? I keep going back and forth on if I should tint my windows or leave them without it? Being tinted would help keep it cool but I kinda like the look it has now. What do you all think? No tint -> With tint-> I need help in making a decision. Thanks
