Thanks 87manche for getting me to this link. I don't have the time or desire to make these UBE. I figure the DPG bump stops are 80 bucks. The MORE anti wrap perches are 50 bucks. That is 130 right there. Toss in the shock perches and eliminate the ubolts and my time = Priceless. Here is my question for Scorpion; I am doing a spring over on my 89LWB 4x4. I want to run 33'' tires. I have the D44 rear axle w/metric ton package & stock springs. Which UBE should I go with? No lift or other lifted? Any one have an idea of where I need to be to clear 33s? I have to say the customer service at TnT is fantastic. Bob at TnT always had time for my dumb @$$ qustions and concerns. That was one of my "must have" when picking a lift company. My personal experience with RE has made me value the importance of customer service.-Rich

I think you should follow mj_lover's advice; Take a break from it. Cooter is on to something, just use it and up grade as time/money allow. No need to have it all perfect and the dream set-up to use it. Part of the fun is building it up. You won't lose the love for the MJ while wheelin' it. As for the locker and gears -install them, use them- when your ready to upgrade, the axle will be that much more appealing for re-sell. That way the loss your going to take will be justified. I got an Idea...build some model trains to clear your head. It aint much, but I hope it helped a bit-Rich

Went out to the folks property, where the Comanche is parked, this weekend. The carpet is still wet so I decided to pull out the rest of the carpet. The good news is the rust is bad, but not as bad as I thought. The floor board piece I cut out of the donor Comanche will cover all the damage. I duct taped around the window to slow the leak. I used WD40 to soaked down the area where the bolts hold the bench seat down. I was horrified to find that the bolts were missing/loose and none of the nuts were on it. I had been driving with just the carpet/seat belts holding the seat in. The dealer never put the hardware back in after he saw the rusted floor board. Frikin used car dealer. I found a billion carpenter ants nesting in the carpet pocket lint too. Only got bit once lol
