86customanche Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 I paid 3.29 yesterday morning before my trip home. Saw between that and about 3.65 over 150 mile span
88whitemanche Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Here in miami for regular 3.69 lowest to highest as 3.85 and in some parts it's already 4$
MiNi Beast Posted February 13, 2013 Author Posted February 13, 2013 3.85 for regular, i'm going to get my bicycle back out. Â See a few folks out here on bikes. Yes winter time and yet on bikes. They are snow bikes with fat tires. Kinda cool. Have to try one sometime. :D
jpdriver1 Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 paid $4.03 tonight on the way home from work ---
Goose Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 Friday I got gas for $3.34. Tuesday, which was only 4 days later, $3.93. 87 octane. Ethanol is about $.25 cheaper.

Have to try one sometime. :D thats the good thing about my part of California. no snow. the bike in my avatar is my regular rider.
gogmorgo Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 There's such a thing as a winter bike? Everyone up here just rides the same one year round...
MiNi Beast Posted February 14, 2013 Author Posted February 14, 2013 Yeah ill have to get a pic of one next time I see them ride pass. Yeah where I live it its all about outdoor activities, its pretty cool really. Love the people around these parts, outgoing with a laid back demeanor.
AMCJeepMJ Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 There's such a thing as a winter bike? Everyone up here just rides the same one year round... A winter bike is one with zip-ties around the wheel/tire to give it traction. :laughin:
COMJNUT Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 the gas station at the corner went from 2.95 to 3.59 in a little over a month and a half...the last three days: 3.59, 3.55, 3.45
jimoshel Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 2 days ago reg was 3.25. Today it's 3.35. Diesel 3.96. Anybody notice that despite the wide variance in gas, diesel is pretty much the same?

Got a shot of one of those winter bikes today, guy says they are popular out in cali as well on the dunes as I guess they are great in the sand as well as the snow. Pretty cool. Image Not Found
gogmorgo Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Maybe because the only people I see riding around here are broke-@$$ students... Never seen one quite like that. Definitely no hand-warmers, although I can really see them being useful. Otherwise, fat tires on a regular bike? Do BMX's count?
MiNi Beast Posted March 18, 2013 Author Posted March 18, 2013 well this wasn't a regular bike, it was a super lite bike without any shock system like you see on most mtn bikes around here. And the tires are fat so the forks have to be a bit wider appears. But yeah these bikes aren't cheap by no means. People love their bikes up here.
RubberDuck Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 3.83 yesterday. it'll probably be 4.50 tomorrow.
mvusse Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Monday it jumped from 3.53 to 3.89. Down to 3.77 today.
gogmorgo Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 paid 1.199/L the day before yesterday. roughly 4.53/gal.
Mountain Dude Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 1.199, I wish...its 1.329 / L here - 5.03 / US gal :fs1:
gogmorgo Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Damn, and I thought it was bad that it was about ten cents/L higher than when I last filled... Could be worse, though. I hear most places in Montreal are upwards of 1.40/L (5.30/gal) now...
MiNi Beast Posted June 10, 2013 Author Posted June 10, 2013 4.15 to 4.24 for unleaded around here and diesel. Is about 4.10 a gallon.
Geonovast Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 87 octane is about 3.55, Diesel I think is still about 3.65, That E-85 crap is around 3.06
