Is that "Fuel Injection" badge correct for the 91+ 2.5s?

No. It was used on '86 and '87 models but I don't see why it wouldn't work for them. I would go with high output though for the Chrysler H.O. system. But that's just me. Fuel injection is fuel injection.

I can meet locally or ship them out (USPS priority mail padded envelope is $8 anywhere in the US) I have priced them based on difficulty to make and cost of materials. They do take a while to make as I have to make them by hand, so it might be a few days before I can ship them out if I don’t have what you want on hand. 

 

The emblems are made of quality solid plastic. Due to popular demand and limited shelf life of materials, anything other than black, white, and glow in the dark would be by request and would take a bit longer since I am not stocking the colors anymore. That being said, I can still do other colors if desired. Custom colors include: Yellow, Brown, Purple, Green, Red, Blue.

 

Also, you can choose between the old style all caps emblems or the newer lowercase. Pictures of examples are at the bottom of the post but I can pretty much do any combination of the colors listed above.

I did a prototype but I have had to put it on pause while I am still looking for a house. All of my tools are still in storage unfortunately but I will certainly be picking back up as soon as I find something - this market is horrible

Kind of a weird request, if you're still making these at all do you think you could make a smaller version of the fender comanche emblem, about the size of the regular 4.0 litre badge? I always wanted to put a comanche logo somewhere on the tailgate but the full size ones just look kinda weird.

Unfortunately I don’t think I can do this currently. They are actually exact copies of the original. I guess if someone were able to 3D print one I could smooth it out and make a mold and cast it in plastic but I don’t have a 3D printer so I’d need someone else to make the model first - happy to give it a shot though if we can find someone with a 3D printer/scanner and CAD skills
