You should see some of the loads on the highway here! I hauled an XJ shell sideways on my Jeep J4000 across the 520 bridge to the south end scrapyard near where I used to live. Side wind made it a little exciting.

I had a buddy transport an xj shell in the bed of his 60s ford pickup. Somehow it fit between the bed rails.

I've transported an MJ bed. . . . . . . in the bed of my MJ.

 

Actually, now that I think about it it wasn't my MJ, but my long bed Isuzu P'up. Still, it was awkward, but I only had to go 25mi, no highway.

Yes you can. Photosuckit "allows" you to do a bulk download of all your pics easily so you can post them up using another host.
