Zenobian_84
Just some things I want to get done before the new year arrives. Get floor pans repaired / new carpet installed. Replace the valve cover again and use the newer OEM 2.5 bolts I picked up. Do a complete tune up within the next month. Figure out why my Non-A/C system still isn't working correctly even though I've checked all the vacuum lines to and from the darn thing. Get a new windshield installed. Get a new rear slider installed. Figure out how much tech-school is going to cost me. :ack: Anyone else looking at tackling some projects before the new year? Doesn't have to be MJ related either. SW86
I'm still wanting to remove the bed and start the tube bed for the MJ. we'll see. another project is an 89 samurai I'm dragging home later this week. its been picked over, then went under in the flood earlier this year. some rust in the rear fender wells and one spot in the cargo area. everything else is solid. plan to do a full resto on it. since its my first real go of it, figured might as well start with something as easy as a samurai
87Warrior
I plan to build an off-road teardrop trailer on a 1/4 ton military trailer frame a buddy has behind his shop. I hope to mix these two, much different, builds: https://sites.google.com/site/buildingateardroptrailer/day-31 http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/18142-Offroad-Teardrop-SawTooth-XL/page39 ...plans are being formulated.... A good teardrop trailer is a thing of beauty. You'd give the CoMansion a run for it's money. :rotfl2:
sinkrun
Cut out the rusted wheel opening and fit and weld a new bed side patch panel. Then either learn to paint or take it somewhere to get it painted to match.Maybe even the whole truck if I can get the Brother in law to do it for free hes a decent painter but does not have time to do the prep work I can do that. 86customanche
I hope to find time to get her inspected. That is more that just taking it to the shop. The list includes: replacing the parking brake pedal, moving the rear lisence plate so it can be seen with a light now that I've got the new bumper on, fix the door issue (whether thats cutting out the post and using a new one or just fixing it as is I'm not sure). Also would like to get the rest of the body pieces to do my 97+ front end upgrade. Still need header panel, fenders, hood and possibly doors (white if anyone has a lead). neohic
After I finish up the house, the plan is to try and make a workable space for myself again. Even if it runs into winter, I'd like to insulate a garage stall and finish the inside just to brighten it up a bit. I've had a few members asking about bumpers and I unfortunately have to keep pushing them back. Hopefully have some time to explore some other MJ related products as well. Otherwise, I've been promising myself that I'd get back to the dune buggy.
Dadinator
Windshield and headliner if I have a job and can buy them. I'd also like to build a teardrop trailer. I have an old boat trailer frame and the plans...

mvusse
Remove the bed, turn the rear springs around, lose more than a foot off the back, build custom rear bumper, move gas tank to on top of frame OR install fuel cell, figure out tube work and bed to fit toolbox, cooler and spare tire. But first I have to make a new upper control arm bracket to replace the one I ripped off the axle last outing off road. That's exactly why I've always been hesitant to run non-disconnect front housings, but after grenading the last axle, that's all I had left laying around and I didn't want to bother transplanting the guts into the old housing. Silly me already took the old housing to the scrap yard  or I'd swap it back in with the guts out of the new one.

AMCJeepMJ
Headliner, control arms, track bar, and shocks. Everything is just sitting in the garage waiting for me to have time to do it.

Dirteatr717
Full tuneup, motor mounts, tranny mount, find a front d60 and get some axle mounts from ballistic fab and buy a pair of 37s and swap my 60s in. I know it won't happen until at least march but I can dream right?

JWARNE
Install D44 with disk brake setup that has been sitting in my old mans garage for a year now, replace rocker and fix bed side over the wheel well and or flat bed my truck which could be ok while i work on fixing the bed. Install new front coils and JKS adjustable coil spacers to support ARB bumper. And finally the old man and I are going to either build a stroker with my existing block, head and kit or I'm going to unload on a new motor. Which by the way anyone have an opinion on who makes the best kits or builds the best motors? Titan or Hesco? some other jeep engine builder?
