Kickinmule
I've seen folks cook on they're engine. I think you could cook on yours and then eat off it!

JeffK
You may have noticed my build abruptly stopped about 5 or 6 years ago. I've had to deal with some severe health problems, but the MJ and I are still here. I dusted it off today and the plan is to button all the loose items up and get this thing in for paint by the end of the year. Been a long time since I started this project, hopefully I can finish it up in the next few months.

JeffK
I'm easing back into my project, so I'll give everyone a heads up. Be prepared to be inundated with random pics and worthless posts.... We'll call this MJ RESTO TAKE II ....If anyone recalls, my Detours Bumper Brow had 2 6" Hellas and 2 5" Westin aux. lights. Since one of the 5" lights were broken I decided to try and use my Hella 700s I took off my TJ when I upgraded bumpers. The way the Detours light bar is made, Hella lights need to be spaced up slightly. I got one of my machinist friends at work to make me up some legitimate spacers. JeffK
Comparison between the new spacers and my previous solution-a stack of 3/8 washers.
JeffK
The spacers moved the widest part of the center lights above the bump out on the lower part of the grill.

JeffK
Since I had the bumper off, I took the time to replace the mismatched and rusty factory hardware with some grade 8 and some 8.8 hardware.

JeffK
I also installed some JY Chrysler disconnects, so I don't have to cut the wires to the lights the next time I want to remove the front bumper.
