  1. So I was cleaning my ground double checking wires today and tightening the clips/fusible links on the starter relay and questioned myself of where the wiring would go.... I realized looking through Google where the clips suppose to go on the starter relay and noticed that I had the ignition terminal where the ground was and vice versa... I switched them and tighten and wire brush everything... So let's see how the next couple of days go...

  4. Got a flashlight that strobes? You went over ECU connectors already? Yes for the Ecu connectors and no for the strobe
  5. Don't have a timing light and don't know of anyone who has one.... Yes I guess I'll go over them again... It's weird I just drove 20miles since the video I sent and it's running good now...
  6. Tips 1-9, 23, 27 Grounds refresh added 5 new grounds, including rear tail light ground... Parts replaced- icm, coil, map sensor, 3-cps part# pc87t and did the mod to adjust it lower... New pump, filter, oxygen sensor , idle speed controller, Intake manifold bolts are tight and added new gasket... Cat is hollowed out...
  7. Cat has been hollowed out... The whole time the rpm gage is moving I can hear mini backfiring through the rear exhaust...

  9. Well it's back at it again...but I caught a better video doing 30mph... Think that I was it was doing this at 70mph in the fast lane and coming back on by itself... Let me know if you can see the video...not sure how to post it here

  22. I don't think it matters for the shackle angle on a Comanche... But your not going to drop lift so easy on brand new springs...it'll be a couple years until you lose some lift...unless you use your rig has a work truck loading 300-500 pounds daily.. If I remember correctly some guys have had really bad experience with the revolver shackles you currently have on your rig...but quickest way to lose some lift is through your shackles and keep you original shackles on...
  23. Thanks fellas...The tool box is from a ford ranger my pops used to have and he sold the truck but kept the toolbox. I grabbed it from him but it was polished/chrome? I sanded it down and painted it bed liner black Nothing special...
  24. Great progress...luckily it wasn't nothing big... Harbor freight have some really good wire cutter/crimper and only for $5... Compared to the one you have which I have had the worst of luck in the past with...
