  1. I got that little click gauge at NAPA, has worked well for me. From the FSM:
  2. I have a set of NOS bumper brackets, PM if interested. Also ashtray light and possibly the seat trims, I’ll have to look.
  3. I got tired of scraping my hands on the wing nuts that secure the hi-lift jack so I made a couple of knobs for it. I couldn’t find M12 knobs but luckily had some M8 ones from a previous project so I pressed out the nut, drilled it to the smaller diameter of the M12 nut, heated the nut and pressed it into place. Not very technical, but makes it much easier to install/remove.
  4. In my opinion, not necessary if you’re not running a lot of accessaries, lights, stereo, winch, etc. I’ve been using cables from NAPA on my stock ones for years, work perfectly.
  5. I replaced the bumper mounted hitch receiver with a Draw-Tite MJ hitch, it was too unstable/wobbly feeling. I flap disked it to bare metal, gave it two coats of Por-15 and two coats of Rust-Oleum satin black. Used 1-1/2” inch zinc plated perforated square tube as spacers and bolted it to the WilderNest. The support jacks will now use the hitch. Also got a dual hitch extender so I could offset a foldable step (think I need to extend it to the left a little more) for entry into the WilderNest which folds up for travel.

  8. My ‘89 Pioneer had this style in all vinyl. Bench seats also came with and without the notch.
  9. Mine are Marchal 859s on the bar and 750s on the brush guard. The 850 series (found on FSJs) are 7x4” vs. 6x3.75” for the 750 series.
  10. I know at least two people on here have had them. I couldn’t find one so I made one out of 2” angle iron that I bent to follow the angle of the light tabs, closed off the ends then had it powder coated.
  11. That’s the knock sensor.
  12. Post your story in the attached thread and update it when you get pictures.
