  1. Looks great! Did the neighbors take down their tarp?
  2. For doing it, too bad it's not functional in a vehicle.
  3. The factory one spaces the bumper out, some after market tuck the winch back. Don't know about Bad fab, but Boostwerks requires something like this:
  4. EGR and O2 sensor problem that I finally resolved after failing the biennial Smog test in 2000. Well, CMNCHE 1 is a manual, sometimes I drive it harder but overall it still gets better gas mileage.
  5. Cool, I bought my '90 in Auburn, reasonably close.
  6. Well, here's what I have from about 2 years after purchase to this year (from 37,000 to 260,000 miles), probably 98% of all fill-ups. CMNCHE1: 1990, 4.0L, AX-15, 2WD, 3.07 gears, 235/75/15 tires. From first day of purchase (from 190,000 to 245,000 miles) CMNCHE2: 1989, 4.0L, AW4, 2WD, 3.56 gears, 235/75/15 tires.
  7. Welcome. If you swap to the AX-15 make sure he really has "everything". There are many threads on here with what is needed.
  8. At the San Jose North PICK-n-PULL, San Jose, California 95112 on 10/7/2020 https://row52.com/Vehicle/Index/1J7FT66L9KL631690 An Eliminator!
  9. Not sure. I specifically wanted a Comanche when I purchased my first one new in 1990 because it had the most power of any small pick-up at the time.
  10. It has the correct full console heater duct with no block off plate or anything
  11. The full console in my 89 did not have the duct but did have the ashtray. I know it's an MJ console because of the e-brake block off plate. I added the ducts to all three of mine, I like some heat coming to the back.
  12. It is an X, Std. Payload (8th position is a 7). This one looks like the promo picture of the first one off the assembly line, 2WD with the sportbar but different wheels and the pic is an XLS.
  13. It's a base model, the 6th position is a 2 = Base. Although all SporTrucks were base models, not all base models were SporTrucks. SporTrucks were just a decal package.
  14. The extras are because that truck had no rear bumper when it left the factory. As crazy as it sounds rear bumpers were an option, not legally required unlike front bumpers, rear license plate and light.
  15. Are you buying it back now??
  16. Sorry Pete, seems like she hung in there pretty good.
  17. There'a an MJ specific bleeding procedure it's in the DYI section, try that if you haven't. ps. welcome, post your VIN in the registry and start a build thread.
  18. I do not remember him but RIP fellow MJer.
  19. October 2020 update, see first post. 22 new additions this month for a total of 1044.
  20. This is an XLS Metric Ton, denoted by the J in the eighth position of the VIN.
  21. I'm surprised those rods are not chromed or at least powder coated, or is that in the works?
  22. Fire just dries things out even more.
