  1. X2 on both.
  2. Yep, it's been about 33* here today, and yesterday was about the same as well.
  3. I just measured my '88 2.5L 2wd from hub center to the bottom of the flare. Nothing has been done to it since before I owned it as far as ride height, and I got 18½" in the rear and 17½" in the front. Now, taking into consideration that next month I'll be putting ZJ rear coils up front, it should be lowered by approximately 3", putting it at around 14½" up front. Is there enough room for everything to clear, or will I run into problems? As for the rear, I'll prolly be using 2½"-3" drop blocks (yes, I know blocks are bad, blah blah blah), putting the rear at around 16". Now, onto the actual question, what are your stock measurements from hub center to the bottom of the flare?
  4. BTT with this one, we need to figure out a definitive date, as it's all coming up quite quickly.
  5. Chalk up another brain fart for me! Sorry about that one, absent minded yet again.
  6. You would be correct, that is JJacobs' truck. It is currently down for some repairs and improvements, last I seen of it on NAXJA.
  7. Actually, it could also be the AX5 like my '88 pioneer 2wd has in it, or if 4 speed, it would be the AX4.
  8. Yes, definitely look into that one, I want it. :brows:
  9. Gotta love this line from his ad. I never knew a tranny needed to be started to run? And how would you start a tranny anyways?
  10. I have a cousin that's in the Marines, and if it weren't for my CF, I'd be in as well. As can be seen by my current avatar, I fully support as much as I can, when I can. I even have a USMC sticker on the back glass of my '88. A huge thank you goes out to all who serve in ANY branch of the military. :USAflag:
  11. Trade ya weather? Right now here, it's -12 with a -42 wind chill.
  12. I'd almost kill to get that kinda mileage in my '88 2wd 2.5 5 speed. I'm averaging about 13 right now.
  13. It's not too bad, but I can almost guarantee he didn't do the work himself. I know I wouldn't pay anything near that much for it either. Did anyone else see his "build" page? After seeing that, I know it's not worth the price he's asking for it.

    prank call

I couldn't breathe for about a minute after that one. Her last comment was the best one though; time for a DNA test, I'd say.
  15. Hhmm, missing parts and pieces engine + 3" exhaust = bad rice sound. Not something I'd prefer to do, but I do commend his originality and thinking outside the box on it though.
  16. For the hood release, just look at the top few threads on this page. :D
  17. Meh, just sit on the ground and kick the crap out of it going from side to side. :chillin:
  18. Yea, what can I say, I'm a big time transformers fan. Not to mention, it's a hell of a picture. :brows:
  19. I don't recall ever seeing a "minivan button" anywhere, but as stated, I won't press it. :D
  20. I don't currently have any pics, but I collect energy drink cans. Current guesstimate is about 100 different cans, no duplicates. Before anyone asks; YES, I am
  21. So, does that mean you're buying us all a round? :brows: EDIT: Congrats by the way.
  22. Wasn't there someone on here that managed 34's? under their XJ at stock height and a bit of trimming?
  23. Alright, how about this one? The Laredo package IS a rare find for an MJ. Considering that the body is as clean as the guy's saying it is, I myself would have no problem dropping the full G on it as long as the interior was included in the price. Even if the motor doesn't run right, or is junk, a wrecked XJ or MJ with a solid running motor can be had relatively cheap for a swap.
  24. my bro-in-law is the biggest Panther fan you'll ever meet. i had fun getting on his case this season. :D I may have to argue you on that one there Wade. I followed Kerry Collins through Penn State, and when he got drafted by Carolina, that was my new team, and I've not stopped rooting for them since. Even when I knew it was a no win situation. Anyways, there goes another thread I've hi-jacked; good thing I updated my sig last night. I still have to say though, I think that when (not if) the pack makes it to the big show, they'll be giving the patriots a run for their money, and very well could put a stop to the pats unbeaten season.
  25. Hey, if it counts any, I used to be a packers fan; until Carolina came into the league in the end of the '95 season.
