  1. I know the pic from here too. I just can't remember who's it is off hand. Bad remembory already, and I'm still (somewhat) young.
  2. Same here; it looks very familiar, and I know I've seen the front end shot of it before. INcorrect, the fairlead is too low in the bumper. The factory ones were mounted in the middle of the bumper; this one is lower.
  3.  WHOA!!! What if anything is this gonna mean for our planned trip there in July?
  4. This has gotta be the slowest build I've watched; other than my own builds that is. At least you're taking the time to make sure everything is up to your standards, that's the important thing. Looks amazing so far, and I for one (as with everyone else on here I'm sure) can't wait to see the finished project. Keep at it, and it'll pay off in the end. P.S. Don't take any offense to the slow comment.
  5. New to me camera, so I had to get a couple new pics. :D
  6. Thanks for the video man. I had a chance today to go and get a video of mine today, since I got a new to me camera. :brows: Hope you all have your volumes down so this don't blow the speakers.
  7. I say you sell the rims without them big tires on them to me, and I'll put some good low-pros on em, and my '88 would look good. :brows: J/K Wade, it looks good on there, better than chrome, that's for sure.
  8. I can't help you on the springs and whatnot, but this one I can. It simply means that they put 5 gallons of gas in the tank for you; essentially for test drives at the dealership, and/or so that you can make it to a gas station to fill the tank the rest of the way.
  9. I'm going to be dumping mine right before the rear axle; so about half a foot after the cat. Would that still be at the 2.5", or would it be down to the 2.25" at that point? Sorry for the hi-jack.
  10. That's great! Good find indeed.
  11. Cool, that answers it for me as well. Thanks for posting this banshee.
  12. Good deal, just had to give ya a lil crap is all. ;)
  13. I just read some more news on it. The latest news is that he actually passed last night from Cirrhosis of the liver.
  14. Um, you do know that them rims you show are 6 bolt, right? :D
  15. Oh, there'll be pics a plenty this time around. Now that I've finally figured my camera out again.
  16. This is just too bad to put into words, so I'll just let you all read it yourselves. Boyd Coddington, dead at 63
  17. Next month, on the 24th through the 27th, it begins. Ripping the dash out to redo the wiring in there, and under the hood as well. I got a set of ZJ rear coils on the way for the front, and jeepco is in the process of getting a set of blocks for the rear.
  18. I agree, and now I remember where I got them pics from on my computer. I was looking through my folder of MJ's and seen it in there, and was wondering where it came from. Now I know. Looks good btw.
  19. Swing away if need be. :D
  20. When you can drift like these guys. http://youtube.com/watch?v=1ft_99AgVNc I hereby challenge you NOT to laugh at them.
  21. Sorry, my attention deficit dis... oh look, A SQUIRREL! Ah, crap, what was I saying again? Just kidding man, as long as it functions properly, who should care about looks, right? Even though, it does look good.
  22. Yeah, my bad. But the above is the stock height measurements out of the FSM. Therein lies the problem though, I have no clear, clean place to lay under it and take them measurements; unless of course I feel like laying in slush and water that is. That was my sole premise for doing it the way I did.
  23. You do know they make hemorrhoid creams, right? :D OH, wrong burning from below, sorry bout that, returning to your usually scheduled thread now. CW, my 88 2.5 had the same problem, and I honestly don't know what all was done to it, but something about new bolts and nuts somewhere, and a new downpipe. Either way, it's been working for me for about 4 years now.
  24.   Must be nice. I'd have to guess that the past two week average temp would prolly be around 20* to 25*.
  25. I'm all good to go, as long as the truck is. :brows:
