I ordered these from Amazon. They reuse the original metal sleeve. You just replace the rubber. I have them in my truck now. They seem to be holding up well and were easy to install. I bought another set to put in the front diff I am going to swap in.

This is why I love my truck exactly like it is. It's not pretty on the outside but underneath almost everything had been redone. I don't stress driving it, so I do drive it every day. My plan is to get one or two more that can be more purpose built. A 2WD to be fast and bang shift. Another 4 WD to go full redneck and one tons.

This should make the later air cleaners fit on the Renix throttle body.

I've never used it but I have removed it. It's like rebar for concrete. Definitely a pain in the @$$ to remove! Behind it was news paper.

Agreed and I'm guessing 3.07 for the ratio. Unless someone has swapped tranny's already and or the gears.

Sorry you will have to check both of those yourself. The early build sheets are not the best by any means.

Old school trick to test the alternator. Start the truck disconnect the battery if it stays running the alternator is charging. I would also check the ground cable to the block and all the connections at the starter are clean. Resistance is the Renix systems kryptonite.
