  1. Congratulations! Very nice truck.
  2. I am finishing up my key parts drivers side install and it is a very nice piece.
  3. Good to hear you got it fixed.
  4. Ground bad possibly? http://cruiser54.com/?p=47
  5. Not sure if I am reading your post correctly but I think you have the fuel lines reversed. Pressure should come in the back of the rail and return out the regulator at the front.
  6. Have you bypassed the ballast resistor yet?
  7. Just read your signature and love it. Have you tested the CPS? Have you tested fuel pressure? I would also check the sensor ground. http://cruiser54.com/?p=47
  8. Good to hear it's running!!
  9. http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/Engine/Basic_Sensors_Diagnostics.htm#:~:text=RENIX vehicles use a SEPARATE,(See bottom of page.) This sight is also amazing. Sensor locations and test procedure and values.
  10. The hose from the throttle body to the MAP sensor likes to fall off if you look at it wrong. Double check it's hooked up and not cracked. Your welcome.
  11. Read the link from cruiser on how to test it. The only real test is installed and testing for volts AC.
  12. The 88 electrical manual is on this link. It's a great thing to have.
  13. Filling out your signature will help everyone know what your working on.
  14. http://cruiser54.com/?p=50 Test the CPS now that it's installed. Would be my next step.
  15. Lego master is great on demand you just skip to the end and see the builds.
  16. I would also check you radiator hoses. Old rubber likes to collapse.
  17. Beautiful truck!
  18. This is the first place to start. IMHO
  19. I just thought of something else. Have you ever opened the gas cap after it dies? We had a truck at work that the tank vent was plugged and was collapsing. It would run until the fuel pump created to much vacuum in the tank to be able to pull fuel.
  20. I think you going to have to do the bulk head connector. Maker sure you check the fuse block while you have it out. Always a possibility the clutch master cylinder has leaked on the fuse box. I found a wire chaffed though there that would keep my fuel pump running with the key off. Good luck you deserve it
