The metal is stretched and it now. I don’t think that you would ever be happy with it if you did. I know you are on Guam, but I think your best bet would be finding a good original one.
That was my next thought, I haven't been under my other truck enough to notice the rockers and my blue truck had been painted like 4 times before I stripped it and started over.
It could be a 5 spoke rim, but I think I see the holes for the actual wheel (the 10 holes) and the holes for the lug nuts.
Compared to me, its ancient . The old TV shows that came out before my time were some of the best though. (Dukes of Hazard, Beverly Hillbillies, Starsky and Hutch, Knight Rider, etc.)
I say this all the time. It goes over most people's heads. Its a little sad. Maybe I need to work on my impressions, or stop quoting old TV show lines.
I also have extremely high standards for paint/bodywork. They do deserve credit for getting the door jambs. Considering that the engine bay is also red, could it be that the factory didn't get paint on the bottoms of the rockers?
It does have an Eliminator 10 hole wheel as the spare.
Yes it should. It should also have a body colored air dam. The passenger headlight bezel is also damaged. Just minor points, but they may help someone with negotiation.
As of now, I am leaning towards the 2 door. Ya know, it would be pretty cool if you put an XJ Wagoneer front end on your truck and then put the woodgrain down the side of it. Then it would be a chick magnet for sure! Or something like that.
Interesting, I did not know that. I had always been taught that it was pronounced like Willy, with an "S" at the end. Thanks!
Although, I'm sure it will still offend someone.
Interesting. I need to button up my blue one and make my Ugly Truckling run and drive (and sell it) before buying an XJ. I'm still going back and forth between getting a 2 door XJ and trying to find a MT MJ.
