  1. Can you put the link into the way back machine and see if you’ll get some sort of trace to where it came from.
  2. Out with these antiques: These shocks are done. One is extended out for reference on where it shouldve popped back after being pulled. Nope. Just stayed. Whats worse is I was able to pull them off without any issue or worry to the body sagging more. I smooshed the other one in. Still hasnt popped back out Found out these are adjustable Ranchos. A search of the part number and I dont get much other than equivalents and “not available” from Summit. If I had to guess, these are from the 2000's Got the air shocks in. I ran the lines, ready to join them and test it. I will make a video of them working tomorrow. Should be pretty exciting to see them work! Found an AMC number on these AMC accessory Delco shocks that Monroe make. 8952001514 Also got to put this neat sticker on by the compressor. Doesnt mean much but a nice warning.
  3. Fair. Now that you mention it, it doesn’t have as many rows as the street.
  4. We not gonna point out the street grill? Those fogs aren’t factory fogs but I’m not saying it couldn’t have the factory fog lamp harness but from the XJ and MJ time up to 91 was Marchals then ROLs. After was blazer lights.
  5. Ok this might seem incredibly odd but my wife stumbled upon one of your instagram reels by means of facebook. The waggy header looks good on it!
  6. That’s good. So it could be legit.
  7. I’d reverse image search those. Could be a scammer.
  8. You know, modern automotive parts are wayyyyyy more expensive than they ought to be. Hell even safety devices that…keep one’s life save ironically costs a fortune. Luckily the Jeeps pulled from ford and GM so those parts can be found for cheap. Sure you aren’t saving fuel with the Jeeps but there’s just soooo much more to a modern car that it’s not worth to even have a modern car. So much so that it’s hit a point where you have to ABSOLUTELY take it to the dealer for your car to be worked on.
  9. That one works too actually.
  10. I can see these looking damn good with the AMC logo on the caps
  11. Nope. AMC put them on the same bracket for the rear on the XJ. They separated them for the MJ.
  12. Nope. There wasn’t ever any designed.
  13. Definitely 2.5’s are more plentiful and used the same shroud for quite a while. Just make sure you don’t get a YJ or TJ one.
  14. Same fan shroud as the 2.5L. Fun fact, both 2.5 and GM 2.8 share the same radiator and fan shroud. So you might find someone who has one or internet. I know someone recently found an 85 in a yard. It might have the shroud.
  15. I think the only con is just parts. Renix parts are getting harder but we are finding modern alternatives to the parts we cant find. I have found several aftermarket stuff thats not really labeled for Jeep but look the same and are labeled for Renault which shared alot of components.
  16. Sounds like a plan!
  17. Lol fair fair on the stroker. But I think all I can say is just how purely simple Renix is to work on and diagnose with just only a mulitmeter. Most dont like it cause its old and ignore how simple it really is. Sure not alot of info out there anymore but theres a trove of us on here and cruisers tips to help.
  18. XJ would’ve failed if it had the BA10/5 for that long. Haha.
  19. Sounds like he doesn’t know how to work on the ancient stuff. Renix is pretty easy to work with. Cruiser I’m sure would have some witty rebuttal telling you to take it elsewhere or do it yourself. A lot of diagnosis is honestly with a multimeter in which your measuring voltage across the sensors and making sure they’re getting the right 5v and outputting what they should be according to which ever shop manual from AMC. Sure Renix doesn’t offer more power but it’s got some unique advantages that the HO doesn’t have like compensation of using higher octane and being able to work with a stroker. But diagnosing Renix is really easy.
  20. I know I do have some of this stuff on hand as well.
  21. Thank ya!! Only two were and thats the axles. T-case wasnt so bad actually.
  22. Ladies and Gentlemen! I present: The only working System Sentry in the world!
  23. I can look through my 7 or 8 that I have and see what’s broken.
