  1. Ohh yeah! Thing is an absolute blast to drive around. Doesnt beat an MJ but still fun.
  2. Toom some glam shots yesterday before the cruise in filled a little Also swapped out the radio. As much as I would love to have the CD player, it just wasnt practical sadly. It was only half working, volume was low. Its really cool and I will fix it one day, but for now, a 1984 correct radio.
  3. Actually don’t test it from there. I fried an ECU doing that. You’ll need to either take it off the throttle body or you can get it to extend and retract while it’s still installed.
  4. Search for a 1990 Cherokee cable. It is the exact same. Just make sure you get the right length like 2wd vs 4wd.
  5. Lol we’re gettin off topic here.
  6. I must be the only one who likes those rims.
  7. No. Neither is that cruise control servo that looks oddly GM/SJ but I am more curious about it.
  8. You know what, thats got to be genuine 18k. Look at the tape thats holding the wire loom closed.
  9. Low mile 2.5L. Sign me the hell up!!
  10. Sending you a PM
  11. I think junkyard and aftermarket is your best bet. On the bright side with aftermarket, you can buy the cheapest ones, take the mirror and gasket and whatever else and toss the mirror in the recyclables as it’s plastic and completely crap.
  12. That’s the early XJ one. I have the same one but it fits an SJ I think. That same radio can be found in my 84 brochure for the XJ.
  13. I sure do!
  14. Base XJWs could have either or. The panels on my XJ I pulled from an 86 base XJW with power locks but manual windows.
  15. Vintage AMC American Motors Jeep AM/FM ETR RADIO Cassette WAGONEER CJ 8936001127 Opens in a new window or tab (ebay.com) 87-90 ish AMC JEEP RENAULT - Vintage 1984 Jeep XJ Radio OEM Stereo AM/FM RD Opens in a new window or tab (ebay.com) 84-86 These are pretty neat. I am surprised they dont list them as NOS and with a much more hefty price tag
  16. I feel like I am looking at someones XJW parts transferred to an MJ.
  17. I have no idea how I missed this. Sure!
  18. I’ve watched some of your stuff on the tube. Definitely will be looking for some on this one.
  19. Yeah that kick down cable is pretty important. It does exactly like how you want it to do to shift the transmission down a gear or two when you throttle it.
  20. Thanks and no rush! I’ve got a couple years to rectify my problem.
  21. Lol thanks Ωhm! Thank ya! Now to finish the T/A. Expect to see the engine put together before '25 and expect to have it driving in early '25.
