  1. That’s a different bulb. Bit bigger and same bulb as the bulbs that light up the cluster gauges.
  2. Welllll parts like that have gone to complete crap. Sometimes you can end up with a good one that will last, most they will be crap. You could always go to an external slave set up which requires changing the bell house and the master I think if you have a 4.0L. Well even the 2.5L ended up using the same set up later on. Yeah engine info goes a long way to helping you out better.
  3. All Jeeps have it. The lamp is twisted into place on the right side behind the panel. Careful, the socket is fragile. It should be a small “74” bulb I think. Same bulb that goes into the info center on the cluster. I do not remember which way it comes out but I think it’s regular lefty loosey
  4. I made the hole that the arm rest pin goes into bigger. Otherwise the clip was the right size for the hole in the door.
  5. I made one using some Chrysler clips I got. Was not fun but it works. No I don’t have a part number. I might have one still laying around unaltered.
  6. Sounds like the illumination wire is in the switched power and switched power is feeding the illumination circuit?
  7. Lol. Yes. Its reading very vital to helping others on here.
  8. Hey goofballs. He’s got a 4cyl.
  9. No problem! Happy to help out!
  10. There are fuel pumps available. Thats never been an issue. But are you talking about the whole sending unit assembly? That wasnt available new until recently.
  11. Yes you can. Depends on the route you want to take. I believe 89-96 used the Jeep|Eagle connector that Chrysler used. Late 86-88 was metri packs. I don’t have the info on the connector and the terminals but you can find the complete kit where you’ll have to just solder or use butt connectors.
  12. Yeah it worked for the most part on the latches. I might need to run them through another time or two to get them really clean. These are just spares I had laying around
  13. 91 would make this an HO. Check engine light on? I know this system still has the CPS on the bell like Renix. I dont much but about 2.5L HO to help out further but to me I would think CPS.
  14. My pot of water has turned brown...
  15. I’m gonna try this
  16. Yeah a 74 amp will do. The only reason why you’d get higher amps is if you’re running more stuff like say fog lamps or a winch or off road lights and need the amps to run them. But I’d just get the highest amp, swap the pulley and call it a day
  17. This has me confused. Are you having a hard time finding an alt as theyre just later GM/Delco Alts. Now if yours is doesnt have AC, yes I can see why your having an issue cause the pulley is different but just take your old pulley off and swap it to the new alt and give them the old alt with the new pulley as the core and move on. If you have AC, finding an alt should be cake.
  18. WOAH!! Like beetle juice. Mentioned diesel MJ 3 times and the myth, the legend appears.
  19. 6 o’clock on the distributor at TDC.
  20. To set the timing if you do a rebuild or change out the distributor.
  21. Id definitely run those wheels. Theyre pretty damn cool and of the era.
  22. Wow, factory bed rails, factory liner, lund visor and spoiler. Damn, thats almost peak 80's.
  23. No it’s not. Timing is controlled by the ECU and ICM. I honestly have no idea if this mod will positively improve the 2.5L or not. I have yet to do this mod. Not sure if I want to really.
  24. Yeah it would be the BA10 but I’ll tell ya, we ain’t gonna crucify ya if you run an AX15
