You can try pulling it out and dabble some oil on the shaft and spin it to work the oil in. Probably some where from 93 down to 84 will work for a replacement OEM blower. There’s also a NOS blower on eBay(I think it’s still there)if you want to go that route.

What kind of shape is all the rubber in? Motor mounts and suspension rubber. I don't know if that is your answer but it is a place to start checking. Having any of the rubber mounts and stuff worn out can lead to stuff like you describe. Someone else might chime in to give an idea to check.

You said you replaced the fuel sending unit. Did you replace the pump? When turning the truck on do you hear the pump prime for a second or two? Have you tested for spark as well? CPS is known to be a culprit for non firing conditions.
