is there a difference between the columns assuming both a floor shift? I would assume it has to do with that little lever you have to depress when you want to take the key out. I've got another column up in the attic that has the Chrysler lock cylinder in it. Anyone know if I can mix and match locks between that and the older GM-keyed ones? You're right, i completely forgot about that. Oh well, I won't miss it. My dakota doesn't have one so neither will my jeep :P

I never knew about a gm I6, I knew about the I5 though I also remember someone saying that they had issues with their #3 cylinder but other then that they were decent engines.

I might be seeing my summer boss next weekend and I know he uses a wood burning stove to heat his house, if I get the chance ill ask him what he recommends.

After owning a car with a 4age I'm going to go with dual over cams and variable valve timing.

True but it avoids the need for spacers and i believe that in 02 they did away with the cad and used a one peice shaft. BUt that's only one of its issues fixed I'd say it's probably better than a stock cad 30.

I'm going to be using a ram 9.25 on mine and i believe that i have one inch spacers per side to match the width on the stock front axle but if you can fab you could get a front from a 1500 ram 4x4 as well.

I don't think it said. the add just said that they were from a tech school and there were about 10-15 or so of them for sale. If I find the post again I'll link it.

There's a tech school out of the states selling em for cheap.They might have a few left. I need to get some leads for it to be useful but I'm looking forward to using to see the difference between this and the digital ones I've been using in school.

Unless it's pulling to the right badly it might intentional. Some shopes do that so if you fall asleep at the wheel you end up in the ditch instead of continuing down the roador into oncoming traffic.

There are easier swaps like a 3.4 gm v6. My experience with the 2.8 was less then stallar. I'm currently doing the 4L swap.
