is your tranny stock?
does it whine at all in 1st or 5th? these are the signs of a dying BA10.
i know mine is giong out, and getting it into 2nd is a chore sometimes. and i can definately feel the gears attacking each other when I'm shifting.
i would flush it and find a good synthetic gear oil to run.
ive got a Niice alpine from bestbuy... its down to 129 with free install i think. (but who needs free install when their truck is already wired up for one?)
went out to start the truck up after school today and had a no-go.
power everythign (i usually prime the pump then start)
everythign worked but starter just clicked alot.
so i hit it and stuff and the truck started up fine after a few good whacks.
is there anything i should to to insure this doesnt happen again?
is this a sign of the solenoid going bad?
if i replace the solenoid should i just go ahead and replace the whole starter for 30$ more?
gracias.

pep boys is the worst of them all...
theyre responsible for this...
alternator that they replaced TWICE because they screwed it up the first time... took it back and this happens a week later.
yeah i think go-jeep did a write-up of what you're talking about.
if i had an auto tranny id probably be running the arcade-game shifter you've got... that thing is sweet!
or you could save all the cash and turn your r12 A/C that doenst work into an air compressor that airs up a 35 from 0psi- 30 in 1 minute 29 seconds. (we timed it)
we had a handheld 50,000 volt tazer... lemme tell you. WOAH!
it left two red dots for THREEE WEEKS and that was through a pair of jeans.
and knocked me flat on my arse. (did it in the calf)
what all is going on in the front lift?
what brand coils, what size, do anythign with the CAs?
LOOKS BADASS.
i think we ALL love those rims on MJs especially when they match the paint. and the MJ is THAT clean!
