Always wanted to build something that wasn't "cookie cutter", after I lost my job and the bank took the Rubicon back....
Still wanted a Jeep so I started with a "poor mans Jeep" a 2dr XJ, then came across an MJ (the 88), I knew this was it for me.
As stated before, the trucks are old, had a limited production run and have tons of parts and support.
I told the GF about the person who wanted to trade a newer XJ for an MJ, told her that I was entertaining the idea,
couldn't fool her, she knew that after all the time money and effort I put into the Chief, she knew that I'd never part
with either of my MJs.
And like my Harley, you just can't beat the "American made" "cool factor".
