Press in lines have a plastic clip to secure it with a rubber oring to seal it. Typically replace orings when take apart for good measure. May need to disconnect battery terminals and touch them together and wait 15 seconds or so and reconnect battery and then start up and let it run a bit and relearn things. All the mean while by all means double check everything you messed with and ensure all is good.

Get ax15 for for your year, pre 94, with internal slave. 95+ to utilize external slave bellhousing setup. Ensure input shaft tip will fit in crank bearing or bushing in 4.0. You will also need a crossmember for ax15 as well. Enjoy.

Well, .. I have a factory box tapped, so furthermore my understanding is, I will need a v8 power steering pump or a high flow performance pump of some sorts. I currently have a psc high flow pump but Id be looking to replace that with a bigger resoviour setup. Also thinking 🤔 best to run a 1.5"x8" ram setup on my d44 setup. Need some lines made up as well, and have looked into rebuild able lines so can repair on trail if needed. Havent got to that point yet as maybe 😕 replacing 4.0 with a new rebuilt unit to ensure reliability and complete drivetrain upgrades for the next 5 years. Been busy though out in the woods lately. All in good time.

Need more details about your plans. To be most cost and time effectiveness, what could you tell me about your truck drivetrains current condition? What direction are you looking to go with your MJ in regards to how you would like to utilize it... Daily driver? Weekend warrior? Rock crawler? Work horse?

I did that and will be doing that myself on the fuel pump. Its a nice feature to have a switch to kill fuel pump with doors off in the city 👌or just hide a key but i always lose the magnetic hide a key in The mud pits.

Perhaps look into installing a bull bar. 🤔 Or get a factory brush guard setup.
