interesting thought. My sister's grand marquis has them. You'd have to tap into the wires where they are solid on, not blinking (in the steering column?). and I'd use a relay to power the new lights rather than hope the old wring can take the increased amps.

the AX-5 will bolt up fine, but the 242 will need to be the older (and rarer) 21 spline variety or converted to be that from the later 23 spline.

might just need a sway bar and more caster. that assumes that nothing is actually broken.

yup, sounds like 4 loosened themselves into oblivion and the 5th was snapped off. I'm assuming you tighten them properly (star pattern), then drive around the block a couple times, then re-torque?

sounds like you need a D-60. :thumbsup: shouldn't be all that hard to find one with 4.10s.

try car-part.com yet? and there are pullaparts in nashville and knoxville if you're at all close to them. a head there is only 37 bucks. exhaust manifold is 18.

only some people say stock arms are good past 2". I am not one of them. and please don't redrill the track bar hole. that is insanely hack. :no: stock trucks can and do come down with DW. it just becomes more prevalent when lifted because all the geometry of the suspension changes.

3" on stock length arms?

what else have you replaced to combat the DW?

there are comanches in europe already. I don't remember seeing any yellow lights out back in any photos. :dunno:
