  1. Put me down for half a dozen. Rich
  2. Great photo's. Is that a MI-17 in the Dakar pix? I was working in Iraq a few years back with the marines and we flew into Camp Fallujah from BIAP on MI-17's, Super Pumas & Bell 412's.
  3. We got between 15 and 20" of rain here in Pensacola. There is a small stream near our property that is never more than 3 feet wide. On the 9th of June it was more like a hundred feet wide. Here is a video I took from my deck. Rich http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6_aitL61tp0

    a few highlights

Sorry about your car. I used to live in Colorado Springs and sure miss seeing Pikes Peak out of my window. Took the cog railway to the top couple of times but never drove to the top. Good to see the Garden of the Gods too. Hope you can get to the Air Force Academy. Rich
  5. Lookin' good! Did the center consol come with it? I am looking for a center consol for my 91 5 speed MJ with bucket seats. Rich
  6. Thanks for the coment Ricky. I went to a local graphics shop and had them make some navy blue decals to cover the Jeep logo on the tailgate. Looks real good against the silver color. Next step is to replace the toneau cover which is as old as the truck. I'll post a few more pix's once I get that done. I'm originally from the Pgh area and used to go to Erie as a kid. Also went to Geneva on the Lake and stay at the Conneaut lake park hotel. Sure was fun way back when but don't miss your winters. Rich
  7. Glad you saw me on the road. Have a few more things I want to get done to the truck before I am satisified. Going to get a new tonneau as the one on it now is as old as the truck. Also want to see if I can get the wheels polished. I have tried but needs more than elbow greese and Mothers polish. The drivers seat needs some upholstry repair and that will be it for awhile. New tires will have to wait. Rich
  8. No dings, just a bit of rust. Hope your's is done as well as mine was. Cheers, Rich
  9. The brand of paint used was Sikkens. They removed the bed and painted it separately and also the back of the cab. Some rust on the back of the cab was also removed. The paint code is PS7. Rich
  10. The website of the bodyshop in Pensacola that painted my MJ is: http://www.coastalbodyworks.com/index.html The price I paid was $3,600 including installing new weather stripping and they replaced the hood release cable that was getting to break. I am pretty sure you will be pleased with their work. I got the Elim decal out of a place in Canada. Don Hornbrod gave me the website where to order it but I am unable to loacte it. Rich
  11. Here is the website of the bodyshop in Pensacola that painted my MJ. http://www.coastalbodyworks.com/index.html It cost me $3,500 but they also replaced the weather stripping and the hood release cable that was getting ready to break. They also have a website where they take pictures every few days of your vehicles progress. Rich
  12. It was in the shop for 5 weeks. I told them there was no hurry as I wanted a good job. The company has been in business since the 50's and his newest employee was hired 15 years ago so they have lots of experience. I am more than satisified with the paint job they did. Nest step is getting the toneau cover back on and having some upholstry work done and that should be it for a while. It is difficult to see the top graphic as it is a light yellow. The one that was on the truck was black so it stood out. Rich
  13. Lets try that again.... Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found
