  1. glad to hear you're holding in there. definitely time for a job upgrade.
  2. little of both? less than 19,000 left on the roads (out of 190,000 made) and the really good stock ones are starting to demand higher prices. gotta be persistent in your searches and quick on the trigger to get a good one for a good price. and if we take the ~10% left number and apply it to the 91-92s, there are very, very few left. like, less than 1000.
  3. nope. got mine already.
  4. some spray foam and bondo and you're good to go. ...and now I've made myself sad because I know there are guys that would do that. how are the leaves looking?

apologies on behalf of AMC for the shortness of the printout. a lot of info was lost in an apparent flood of the records room of AMC (that's the story we've heard) and so didn't get into the Chrysler computers. your full build sheet is much longer. if you sneak a peak at the later years of MJs, you'll get an idea of what I'm talking about. Eventually we hope to piece together all the missing bits.

  8. see, it's clearly a wrangler though I spy a dino inside, so that part seems true.
  9. definitely could be bad gas.
  10. than the odds of success go up for sure.
  11. boosting an engine known for grenading because you looked at it wrong? ballsy. I could definitely see boosting a 3.4 next though. get some!
  12. if you're looking for an aftermarket slider, the CR Lawrence windows are temporarily out of stock, but will be made again eventually.
  13. in case you didn't know, 87-88 Colorado red is a bit different (darker) than 89+ Colorado red.
  14. I merged the 2 so I could compare the lists
  15. I do believe used glass is the only option at this point.
  16. drop your photo here and I'll take care of the rest.
  17. happy birthday to all Comanches everywhere! yes, technically they started production before July 1st 1985, but I consider this the big birthday date since it's when the 86 models went on sale.

    Moving Again!

with that setup I'm honestly not sure I'd even try to get over 55. don't burn anything up or the trip becomes 100 times harder. reminds me of that one trip coming south over the Appalachians with the camper in tow when it was 99 outside and the CRD kept trying to overheat on me. I had the windows up and the AC cranked in the Liberty for downhills, and then the windows down and the heat cranked to max for the uphills.
  19. looks like a decent idea to me. any interference with the tailgate down?
  20. send me an email addy and I'll send along all the pics. CC shrinks them down.
