sorta. the thingie up front where all the lines split off isn't actually a proportioning valve in our trucks, just a diverter. If you have any rear brake issues after removing the rear height sensing valve, you could try swapping an XJ prop valve in it's place. :dunno:

the factory rms should last another 150k. how much more life do you need? :dunno: If you find a groove in the crank, you might want to try the double-lipped rms. :thumbsup:

what is your caster? measure that before making any adjustments.

fuel pump resistor? white ceramic thing on the drivers side fender in the engine bay. you can try bypassing it by just hooking the wires together.

Speaking of Pawn Stars..... why do shows like that insist on having at least one friggin idiot on there...I speak of Chumley. I won't watch the show because of him... that and continually seeing people think that they are going to be paid full price from a pawn broker.... stupid people! because it's a TV show, and that's the way that the TV execs think all shows should be. I can't stand the vast majority of "reality" type shows. I guess I just don't like watching idiots. especially when they are pretending to not be acting it up for the camera. staged arguing should have been laid to rest with the Jerry Springer show.

really sounds like it could be a fuel filter or fuel pump sock clogging issue. But I don't know anything more than Rob about the 6.5 specifically. :D

Yup, they are the same. just make sure you buy driveshaft joints and not axleshaft joints. :thumbsup:

not really. by the time it overheats enough to blow, it'll likely blow any cap. :D His question was specific to retaining the closed system after swapping in a radiator with a cap.

ha ha :shake: :clapping: there's only one gps, but several vehicles here. It only goes out to a car when needed.

then I'd go with gears. your biggest hamper to performance is the 3.07 gearing.

I like our tomtom. Especially the fact that she never says the word "recalculating". :clapping: She does freeze up occasionally, but I've tracked it down to what I think is a bad battery. If I plug in the car charger for a couple minutes before pushing the ON button, everything works great. :dunno: Since then I found an old phone charger that fits the plug and now it's recharging continuously in the house. :D no problems since.

Looks like my team leader took my advice and ordered the shirts early this year. glad they kept me abreast (*cough*) of the situation. Found out at the bowling fundraiser yesterday when they opened up a big box o' shirts and onsies. :shake: So, shirts are now available for semi-immediate shipping. Guys that have placed their orders will get theirs shipped asap. Onsies are only available til they are gone (unless my team changes their minds again and orders more.) Oh, and the onsies are available in 6 month, 12 month, and 18 month sizes.

I would do the above steps before even thinking of a tear down. plus, it's possible that the starter fried, or the battery or cables aren't supplying enough juice to turn the engine over.

yup, creativity is the name of the game here. A popular package for random 5 on 4.5" axles is the rear disks from an Explorer. Not sure how well they would match up with your particular axle though.
