  1. What year?? http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=43081
  2. Yep, true for Renix. The HO's however have a separate 15A fuse for the reverse lights in the PDC.
  3. Si. Pull it straight out. It won't break.
  4. Hard wire the power/comfort switch to power, then try again. You don't need the comfort switch position. http://comancheclub.com/topic/43938-new-aw4-power-power-switch/?hl=switch
  5. Highly unlikely. What is it doing to make you think the POWER/COMFORT switch is intermittent?

    2.5 renix ECM

Be advised the 1986 2.5 w. manual transmission model has a unique ECM according to the factory parts manual. Whether the newer Renix ECU's will work or not, I don't know. 86, 53002099, 4 Cyl. w/Man. Trans. 87-90, 53004763, 4 Cyl. Engine, w/Man. Trans.
  8. No we don't. This isn't a motorcycle forum.
  9. Drill out the sliding rail where the stud is cutoff, then install a nutsert with the same threads as the original stud. Then you can screw a new stud into the nutsert.
  10. Ben, I've never had to do this but it's good to know. Will the below work as replacement terminals? The factory p/n for these is J3231223. http://www.delcity.net/store/1!way-Fuse-Block-Terminal/p_11128
  11. It's already there.
  12. Will be interested in the AW4 rebuild. Hopefully that will take away some of the drive train power loss they have. Your engine sounds great.
  13. What gear for the AW4 did you use on the dyno? Happy with the results?
  14. Since the 86 never had the I6 engine, the radiator support and firewall matters very much if you are swapping in the 4.0 engine because of firewall clearance issues and the rectangular radiator required. It's been done, but it's far from bolt-in.
  15. Some damage caused by the loser, but all things considered it's sounds like a good outcome.
  16. You will only be about 30 minutes away from Phillips Arena, so you can go watch the Hawks lose one night.
  17. It's still an electronic speedo and all the above is applicable, except the speedo gear will be on the transmission left side.
  18. ^^ That is all explained with pictures HERE. Also unplug the speedo electrical connector on the transfer case and clean it up with some contact cleaner.

  20. ^^ Yes, everything ggcnash said. No grinding was required for me. Good upgrade, and yes, replace your mains cables at the same time. HERE
  21. Yes, a 31" tire will fit the LWB, even with the dual exhausts I have on mine. I had to use heatshield wrap on the pipes to protect the tire, but for the stock single exhaust it will be no problem.
  22. Noted and edited.
  23. I highly doubt this rig is out and about in public view anywhere sorry to say. It wouldn't be hard to spot. Bastids........
  24. I thought this was, err, interesting... “I wanted to enlist in the Marines, but my mom wouldn’t let me.” “I almost enlisted but then the first Gulf War started; f**k that $#!&.” “I talked to a recruiter once and he said I had too much potential to waste my life away in the military.” “I went to basic but got PTSD in the first week, so I had to quit.” “I almost enlisted but I heard they make you do push-ups everyday at basic.” “I don’t think I could stand being told what to do all the time.” “I almost joined the Marine Corps but I kind of didn’t want to die.” “I couldn’t have the drill sergeants get in my face. If they yelled at me I’d probably punch them.” “I didn’t want to have to cut my dreads.” “My girlfriend freaked out and started going on about how she’d leave me because the military is basically a bunch of murderers and losers.” "I didn't want my uniform color clashing with my eyes."
