  1. I was just browsing MTS's sight. Seems they make the factory replacement stuff, but nothing to help if you have done a 96+ swap. Id love to keep a single port fuel rail. looks like i would have to hodge podge some components together to make that work.
  2. Your welder can do stick and mig? Thats pretty sweet, is it 220I assume? How is it holding up? I've been hunting for one, and have been looking at othe options from the standard "big name" welders.
  3. JHS the winch does not cost that much. what you are looking at are the 2nd gen winch's. To say that there are not many people running them is ignorance, and you obviously don't know very many wheelers. But that has nothing to do with this thread. I do think that the bumper is a nice piece. Not taking anything away from it at all. But I do think the price is a bit inflated. There are alot of options out there for XJ/ MJ bumpers. Many of which I would pick over this one simply because of price/ shipping.
  4. Good one. The pic posted above is certainly not my biggest, but it was the first deer I killed after buying my own property.
  5. Thanks for the input guys. I'll start looking around and see what I can find.
  6. the 8274-50 is 2000bucks. the 8274 is probably the most used, and most reliable winch ever made. Do some research. The winch is also a forward mounting winch, not a bottom mount like mostly every other winch made. The reason not many people run them is because its hard to find bumpers that you can mount them to.
  7. exist.
  8. wild mountain goat! no one ever believes they exit..
  9. need to modify your front bumper to except an 8274 warn, and lower your price by 100 bucks unless shipping is free....
  10. The craigs list add is expired.. whats the price?
  11. so really all you used was a mercruiser block and internals?
  12. I've been doing a little research on my 2-4wd conversion, since my decision to keep my 4 banger (swapping in my HO is just to much work LOL). I know the AX15 is the best swap, but if I don't find everything I need when it's time for my to button everything up then I may end up putting an AX5 in... at least they are cheap. My truck will not be a crazy trail crawler or rock bouncer, just a good farm truck on either 31's or 33's. Why not use an AX5?
  13. ok I now know what a posi-lok is... disregard my first post.
  14. if you have a CAD front axle is it engaging?
