Potato cheese soup. Awesome! The recipe is scalable, and it's a little smoother if you substitute heavy cream for the milk. I'm not sure why it's called cheddar, because there's no cheddar in it.

pizza eggs.

take a slice of pizza and cube it up

crack a couple eggs and mix in the pizza

let it sit 10 minutes

fry up like you were making scrambled eggs or and omelet

if that means delicious, then yes. :D

though there are some pizza toppings that might not work well being fried.  :dunno:

Went to 3 different supermarkets this morning looking for a pork butt to smoke...no dice.  I ended up getting a chuck tender, which I dry rubbed and is just about to go on the charcoal to become pit beef.  I got some nice crusty rolls, a half dozen ears of Florida corn and I made some marinated dukes to go with.  Also made up a nice horseradish sauce to go with the beef.  Dinner ETA is about 2 hours....ill pass the time with some mojitos.:brows:

Pizza eggs are definitely on the list Pete.  Missi and I split a medium pepperoni for lunch yesterday and had one slice leftover.  She chucked it...woulda been perfect to try out:doh:

I'm going for the pork for dinner tonight.  Have to run oil and get a bottle of liquid smoke....I think I'll grab a small pizza too for pizza eggs for breakfast tomorrow morning:beerchug:

Yeah....that was pretty awesome.  I debated on putting the cabbage in, but I'm so glad I did.  It really made the meal.  I grabbed a quart of rice from the local Chinese take out place, ans sautéed some red/orange/yellow pepper strips in a bunch of mashed garlic as a side.  That recipie is a keeper:beerchug:
