Well, I am getting 17mpg. I am in the process of wrapping the harness. Been really busy with work. I will get a full update out later this weekend.

To be honest, I expected better mileage out of the swap. On the other hand, this much power is probably a ton of fun and it is hard to keep your foot out of the pedal.

I don't have any kind of tuning done yet and I need to get the IAT down a lot. 160f is way too hot!! I think I will get it to around 20 with a good tune.

Had to deal with a leaking injector seal. Got that fixed. Finally got the Engine harness wrapped and finished.

Next I will be pulling the dash because I have this beauty. Scored a reasonable deal.

Once I get the dash back in. I am left with interior panels and carpet. Hoping to get her finished by Christmas.

Starting to get the interior back in. Test fitting as some of this will have to come out for the carpet. Inverter and sub woofer in place. Next I need to install the interior lights. Next weekend the dash comes out.

Did you decide not to use the re-covered dash?

Dash is back in. All the dash harness is wrapped and secured. Sealed the Bulkhead connector and made sure the harness routed properly. Next up getting the interior lights fully working. Adding headliner, interior trim and carpet, and she still starts and runs!!

Info on these tweeters?

I think someone on Facebook 3D prints them. Probably in the All Things Jeep Comanche group.

Managed to get the carpet in today. That is not a fun job. Got the carpet from stock interiors. Fit was pretty poor. But I made it work.

Why do they give you so much excess carpet!!

Next on the list headliner.

I ordered a new vinyl floor for my MJ from ACC. I hate it. It is ablsolute garbage. I've had it in my truck for over a year, and it still doesn't fit how I want it to. ::shaking:

Headliner makes a HUGE difference (I added some dynamat under mine too).  Putting it in made the interior feel "together" for me and sort of made it feel bigger, even though it wasn't.

So the interior is done.

Also got the wheel well liners in. Fitted pretty well.

One of the last jobs to do is relocating the intake to behind the radiator. To do this I need to swap out the 2001 Corvette pump for a 2008. That has a much smaller pulley so it will give me the opportunity to drop the intake directly down. Where it is now there is no airflow and I am running IAT of around 180 consistently which is way too high. At the same time I will install the electric heater cut off valve.

New pump
