You Know I was shocked myself the other day when I got my icm, coil for half the cost I wondering if they were going out of business or something...

I've been putting off paying $100 shipped up until recently I paid $52 shipped next day air....

Great score by the way!

Holy crap, Summit has them listed for $120.

I wish I could order it, damnit, but I have to time the shipping or it gets sent back and there's no way it will work.

and if you want one then PM me. I could order you one and we could work out shipping it to ya!

So, has anyone gotten the package yet?

I somehow doubt its the NSS. I did order a few though, at that price, what do you have to loose?

They screw things up all the time, and not always in the bad way.  As they say it's outside of their warehouses, it's a good sign.  They often buy up old stock and liquidate it.

I paid something like $18 for a later XJ dual diaphragm brake booster.  It showed up. :rotf:

just out of curiosity, why such a desire for the NSS?

only benefit i see is the inability to start with the clutch pedal depressed. or is there something more to it?

It's for an automatic.  Inability to start the thing at all, and the backup light issue.

... Cleaning it out and resealing is a 20-minute $5 job (free if you already have brake cleaner, rtv or silicon, and dielectric grease) that should last you a couple hundred thousand miles. Excellent write-up. Pull it off, split it open, clean it out, pack it full of grease, run a bead of sealant around the edge, reassemble and reinstall.

I've seen pictures of your truck. I have a hard time believing you'd let any part of it get dirty enough to cause it to malfunction...

It's dirty - I've been slacking off a lot lately. Annual funk time..............
