MiNi Beast Posted October 24, 2021 Author Share Posted October 24, 2021 Well first shake down run in session. Driving great and running great. I gots power. 72 mph at 1900rpm smoothly. Love the solid motor mounts. Firmed it up, feel the vibes but helps me stay tuned in. have a axle maintenance next. So good run to test cooling which is 195 all day very nice fans working perfectly. I'm very pleased in deed. Good to be back in the woods. And have acquired my bow so be out to sit in a tree George.. Fixed the jeep again, tps replacement yet again. Note to self, carry 1 extra cps and tps. and since it was there and I had a few minutes, I pulled me the 99 intake for swapping in later. MiNi Beast Posted December 17, 2021 Author Share Posted December 17, 2021 So after some fun in the woods and staying in the cabin, I decided I would like to get a bit more off the trail on the next adventure. So I'm going to continue the budget friendly work with what I got as I go work/overlanding/pointAtopointB/nocarpayment but its a jeep project. So let the custom creations begin. Looks much better in my head from when I first started designing it few years ago when I acquired the one chainsaw tool box. So you could say it is the heart of the bed project as it will be holding my favorite Chainsaws. And as time goes and use it, like most things that I work out of, I will change things and add things to make more practical for how I utilize the rig. Often on the go, I perfer to stay out of the snow, and be nice to have a place to go, a place to have a bed, to make it easier to chase the dreams in my head, which isnt much but dreams of reliability, as breaking down is always a possibility, so a place to carry extra parts, warm place to sleep while I fart, yes this jeep comanche owns my heart.
