relyt120
So I know browsing the forums we've all noticed and called out the upside down grills we have seen, well now every time I see one I note it as well so I thought it would be fun to keep track of those trucks who reject body lines and rock the upside down MJ grill. Ill start us off with one I just saw on ebay, Nice lookin' truck but that GRILL! PS, not really sure if this belongs here but I didn't know where else to put it. My apologies MODS if I am in error. Pete M
guilty! put it on upside down one day and decided I liked it. Until I put it on right-side up another day and decided I liked it. LAZINESS FTW! :rotf:
skidoo_j
I would run mine upside down if the light bevels would match. I personally think it looks better that way.
camjeep3
Mine was upside down when I bought it, and it stayed that way until I built my new bumper. Only reason I didnt do if sooner was because I had a grill gaurd and I couldnt get to all the screws without taking on of the lights off, so it didnt bother me that much. DREDnot
I found a 10 slot grille and popped it in upside down and didn't notice for a few days. Then I started noticing about four out of ten (pics or on the street ) had the grille upside down.

SW86
having a grill on upside down is the one thing that gets me everytime with XJ/MJs. its not that hard to notice its on wrong but then again most people could care less in the first place... hell ive went as far as fixing it for someone and then when i met them, they didnt even notice or care. i got the "oh i just drive it. i don't care what it looks like" response

HOrnbrod
You can't put them on upside down with the 91-92 models since the top trim bar is molded into the grill.
