My girlfriend and I went for a nice 1st ride in the new and improved MJ. :driving: We picked up a nice leather couch and sofa for her house. I am so glad she found leather, she really wanted it. She got a nice deal on it too! :nanner:

So here is my MJ earning it's keep today:

crf136, how many sets of wheels do you have??

:rotfl2: What can I say?...you tend come across a lot of jeep stuff when you have the sickness. I actually had the OEM ones for a long time cause those are my favorte style, but eventually let them go. Tha black ones are the same as the polised ones, I just painted them. I think in all, that Jeep has worn about 7-8 different sets...I tend to get bored with the same look for too long and wheels are the easiest thing to change

I thought I'd bring this thread back. I made a trip to the junk yard with all my left over Jeep parts and a few brake jobs here and there. I suppose I had around 700 pounds of scrap steel along with the other trash I wanted to get rid of. Most of the steel is burried such as leaf springs, rear bumper, mounts, 6 sets of rotors etc. The back end didn't sag a bit and it rode like a dream after loaded. jamminz.gif

And last week I got my replacement ax-15 combo.

Photochop, but I think it was available in this state (Mass) when I checked.

The bumper was made by a fab shop, but last I heard they were no longer doing bumpers. :(

My MJ did a little more work yesterday,

brought home the best $20 find of the week. jamminz.gif

($20.50 to be exact  )

They're the Teves calipers (instead of the good Akebono's, but I think I can live with them for the $$ ;) )
