  1. My 86 has no dent. It was made in 85.
  2. It will be a bolt in. You will need to source a HO era MJ fuel sender for the gauge to read correctly.
  3. There are at least three project trucks named Mary Jane. Are you sure you want to stick with that name?

  5. I'm in Albany GA and I get complete doors for $100.
  6. 1. It could be a booster going out. Keep an eye on it and see if it gets worse. 2. The stronger pressures could have popped the wheel cylinder. I think it was just because you panic stopped it and that caused it. Replace both rear wheel cylinders. 3. You missed a step in the bleeding process. It goes as follows. RR, RL, FR, FL Open a front bleeder and press the pedal all the way to the floor. Re-bleed the rear brakes starting with the RR. Close the front bleeder and re-bleed RR,RL,FR,FL
  7. They do I'm at 4.5" and have stock control arm angles.
  8. Long arms are not needed. You can get by with drop brackets. Especially with 35s.
  9. This is not true and should not be used to determine if a snake is poisonous. There are venomous snakes with rounded head shapes (coral snake for one). Some non-poisonous snake may flatten their heads to resemble triangles when they are threatened (hog nosed snakes, rat snakes and water snakes all do this) Not all snakes are bad. It is best to leave a snake alone unless it absolutely needs to be killed. They are not looking to hurt humans and are great for pest control.
  10. Exactly Chief.
  11. The nut is a just like the head of the bolt. Think "flag bolt or flag nut" and you'll figure it out.
  12. I have used them on my buddy's J10 headers. Those figgin things would drop a bolt once a week. I put the Stage 8's in and have never lost or even had a bolt loosen up. Well worth the money!

  14. You're right. I just got done arguing with a kid about buying bumpers, winch, light bar and other pretty parts. All this after I told him gears and SYE should be a priority. Then he wonders why my MJ pulls away from him on the highway. Function over form. I like a nice street queen as much as I like a trail rig. My apologies Mr. Simon.
  15. I put a V8 in my 86, lifted it 6.5", put 4:56 gears in the axles and guess what? It will never leave the pavement. It is my street queen. Just because you don't agree with it doesn't make it wrong. If and when I get my 2WD, QCLB, CTD I am going to dump that b*@$£ on the frame. It is my money, my time and my trucks.
  16. Great list. I like Ruff Stuff's easy swap kits. But Mopar perches are priced really reasonable.
  17. Thank you very much. I never thought 22 years would go by so fast. It is by far the best decision I have ever made. I love being a Marine and can't think of anything else I would rather be doing with my life. Yes we may wear different uniforms but we are all one big family. But to my Jar Head family... Happy birthday Devil Dogs! MSgt Kennedy sends his love!
  18. Most guys around here piece together their lifts. There is no really good one stop shop for a MJ lift. The Zone kit is missing a LOT of parts to do a lift correctly. My advice is to build your own.
  19. Thanks fellas! After talking with Bill, Don and Jay I knew staying until the Corps throws me out was my best choice. Thank you for the guidance and wisdom!

    Semper Fi!

Well... It seemed like a good idea!
  21. That's a Champion RC12LYC
  22. My job requires that I shave every day, weekends included. Maybe when I retire I will grow a beard... No, I WILL grow a beard!
  23. I am a big fan of this truck. It is perfect. Those saying they are not a fan of the 97+ swaps have never driven a OBD-II MJ. It's MJ Heaven! Congrats on a very well executed truck!
  24. I like it. That is exactly what I am going to do for mine. You will want to tie the wings into the frame as well.
  25. I like it. I would like a vendor review as well. There are big name vendors who sell junk.
