  4. Have you been to the jy? Look for a late model 4cyl cherokee/wrangler/96-98 dodge Dakota they have the metal valve cover and as for a gasket get the molded rubber from a 98 dodge Dakota 4cyl...did the upgrade about a a year ago and no leaks since.

  7. Picked up a 96 Dakota bellhousing from a 4cyl 5speed...got save up for either a ax15 or a nv3550 which ever comes first.... Also saw a nice 88 waggy 4.0 4x4 aw4 242 transfer case Unfortunately it had the dana turdy five and not the 44....picked the front clip and rear tail lights

Ok so the last leaf you have is the add a leaf which doesn't look right compared to the rest of the leafs....that add a leaf is sapose to be on top of the one sittingon top of the one sitting on top of the add a leaf......ok that even confused me.. Or just switch the last to bottom leaf to the one on top of it...

  14. Looks like you have a add a leaf installed the wrong way... Looks like mine lol....I took it somewhere to get the lift installed I'll eventually fix it when I do a 8.25 swap
  15. Have any pics of the ax15 set up? What parts did you use to mate the ax15 to the 2.5?

  17. In the rear it's the exterior bedside connects to the inner fender well sheet metal...once you cut like in the link above you fold inside the wheel well...like you see in some of the pics or mine...
  18. Do you know any good write ups to this? I just picked up the same bellhousing from a 96...
  19. I wish my steering was that tight.... And it's scary with a lil bit of slop and I dd on the hwy all the time....
  20. When I did the comanche in the front I already had the flares off so I trimmed right at the lip.... The rear is pretty much cut and fold.... Front Rear
  21. Nice!...you got pics of your jk? And I could imagine about the jk's alot of people here in miami have mall crawler jeeps....and all maxed out to the point that it's doesn't look right...

  23. You'll be better off buying a new one than jy parts...you can have it as a spare IF it's working properly for temp purposes...
