  1. Thanks fellas.... While I've been trying to figure out a shutting off issue...I finally painted the ax15....orange? Yeah....f-it....at least I can determine leaks faster....
  2. Checked the wiring to the pump and everything was nice and snug.... I guess when it's starts getting hot it will fail and cool down just enough to keep running until it heats up again and fail again.... New Pump ordered...hopefully within the week I'll be installing it....if not then the following week....
  3. If your 88 is a 4.0....you keep your original flywheel and tone ring and same year clutch plate... Just the pilot bearing is different I think it's sapose to be a cj v8 pilot bushing....its on advance adaptors....for more details...
  4. So changed out the cps and its runs FLAWLESS! Wow!.....but Aslong as this problem has been happening it has to be running past 45mins.... So I let it run and run and run until it past the 45min mark and nothing happened...as soon as I shut it off and put the key in the on position so I can hear the fuel pump prime....it didn't until I turned the key the 2 Nd time....starts up perfect.... Tried it again....turn key and didn't hear the fuel pump prime...turn over to crank and it struggles to stay on like if it's missing some power to the pump.... I'm going to remove the pump and check the wiring or if not I'll order a Bosch pump....
  5. Man that buggy looks mean!
  6. Paq man! All day! I just want to really see a good fight and not the same bs over and over again....
  7. 9/16 or 5/8s box end wrench would fit in there to turn it.... Just enough till you can turn it by hand

  10. I got my volvo lockers out of the 940 versions.... But look into the manual volvos they are sapose to have the 355 and down gears and the autos have the 3.73 and up
  11. Should be the same as the instrument cluster... By the parking brake lever...
  12. Man that's a great job!
  13. Well I did the cps mod...replace the starter relay and It gave back that old spiffy power the 2.5 has...then I Drove it this morning for over the first 30mins no Pblms After 45mins it shut off and came back on but with normal street driving this time...doing maybe 15mph(traffic/construction).... I picked up my pops to take him to the store to do groceries and halfway there it shutoff completely and didn't want to start.... I cranked and cranked then pulled out my multimeter and checked the cps- 0 ohms.... I was able to let it cool off for 20mins and it started up and now it's running flawless.... I'm going to buy a new cps from Napa and wait till it comes In because they don't have it in stock...
  14. I've found both of my Volvo lsd's out of the 940s auto....The autos came with 4.10s But check any Volvo from 88-94...

  16. Lol that's pretty cool...
  17. Thanks fellas... I wasn't trying to get the kit for the 1pce design I wanted the shafts for if I ever bust my shafts...plus I could've haggled for a super cheap low ball price for brand new shafts....
  18. That's great to know! I'm just glad I went from power to manual doors... Direct swap for 97+
  19. I think you were sapose to only adjust the tps not the screw... It may have been your intake bolts that are loose...buddy of mine had a high idle after warm up and all the top intake bolts were loose and it calmed the idle back down...9/16 wrench helps with the top bolts...
