  3. It's an idle up switch and it's worthless and there's a greater chance that his idle control motor won't respond to it anyway
  4. Above is drag and drop.
  5. If anyone is interested-
  6. What Matt did was perform an abortion do not use that as an example of an engine swap but I'll tell you that most people do not know how to plan and do not know how to execute a plan.
  7. If you'd like a little inspiration.......this is one of the guys I follow. He has a whole series of vids of his restoration and he's currently working on another one.
  8. If you're relying on the castle nut............you've lost your clamping force of the bolt. I've never had a problem like this.
  9. My head hurts, watching -------- people -------- things. I used to look forward to his vids............
  10. There is/was an ebb and flow to the guests viewing. Bots and spiders...........I doubt many of them are. 5 pages around dinner time, 1.5 pages at 1AM. People searching.
  11. Front sump on the Windsor, may have axle clearance issues.
  12. https://www.autozone.com/engine-management/throttle-position-sensor-tps/duralast-throttle-position-sensor-tps-/3253_0_0_3498 here's your Wells TPS128 Yep, junk.
  13. From what I've seen/owned.......... The nudgers came on the Limited and Country models.
  14. You people need to figure something out. Six guys standing in a room, real face to face conversations, conversations take twists and turns, that's real life. Here, someone posts a thread, that person becomes the center of the universe, all that is, revolves around him, that's not real life. Either you are going to have an interesting forum that allows for a stream of open thought, or, you stifle everyone but a few, shutting down creative ideas and discussions. Life is not linear. Go to the 'online users' forum, most times you will find 5 pages of guests............one is left to wonder why these people do not register and participate? You cannot force people to think and behave just like you, you cannot shoehorn people into your idealism. Open up. I'd actually like to comment on the V8 swap, whether you like my ideas or not.
  15. I was at the PnP yesterday, I casually looked for LS engines, there was one with a head missing. LS swaps aren't cheap anymore, you aren't going to pick one up for $150 anymore. On some of the car/racing vids I watch some are complaining that the LSs are getting hard to find. I just searched CL locally, $1500 to $3000 now for a complete LS, high to low miles. I'm going to do a V8 swap in the next year, it's not going to be an LS, I could give reasons but I'm afraid of posting my opinions here anymore for fear of all the ladies getting their panties in a bunch. There are other options. Better options, IMO.
  16. I just made a deal on the pedals, I pick them up on Friday, we'll see how these work out.
  17. I would imagine that any measurements would include standard equipment, not anything optional, like swingout spares or hidden winches. The early ones came with the nudge blocks front and rear, I think you'll find you two inches there.
  18. One thing always leads to another. I need to rewire the ignition circuit, the stock ignition switch will be gone, I need to make certain everything works before I eliminate the switch. That leads me to the fuse block, I picked up a good one today. I also ordered all new connectors from Del City that should be here on Monday. I've got a new Ford brake light switch and new door switches. I've already spent some time eliminating some of the unwanted cluster-F from under the dash. I'm currently looking for a set of 97+ clutch/brake pedals, I want to swap those out before the column goes in. I don't have a set yet but below is a 97 set. Eye Candy- I stopped off at Performance Products, found a little something to keep me motivated.
  19. This is available here in PDF. It's been posted numerous times, I have it downloaded.
  20. You'll remove the brackets from the bench. You'll remove the brackets from the buckets. You'll attach the MJ brackets to the buckets. Then you'll bolt the buckets to the floor. The brackets stay with the seat, not the floor.
