Correct. I don't have it completely wired yet, when complete, as you approach, the doors unlock, ignition is activated, foot on brake, push button to start. Or, one quick push and accessory is activated. When you shut off, leave the truck, the ignition is locked and the doors automatically lock. This system is expandable too.......virtually anything you can think off, door poppers, dome light dimmer..........whatever.

The ticking noise is a POS belt............errr!

Interesting, I found some vids of FWD with ring gears like that but not with a diff case like that.

Actually, NAPA will give you 10% just for asking. And, if you know the counter guy well enough, he'll place your order under a 'garage' account which will give you a jobber price. That said, they ain't gonna come down enough in price for me to ask.

Yes, I have the manual, now I understand. I will no longer have an ignition switch.........gone. I'm running all wiring through a new digital switch, this is why I'm asking..........this was the one thing I didn't understand. Thank you.

What would you do? run these two wires through a relay and ground during the start circuit or would you just cap them off and forget them?

OK, is it getting 14v from the switch?............or is it NOT getting voltage from the switch??? only ground at start? Am I reading volts from the gauge back? not from the switch out?

They may well be selling just the MC.......who knows. Spend a couple more bucks and get Mopar from the dealer.
