  1. Good price on hood, but $145 to ship, and I'm not that far away.
  2. Should be this one, violet with w/tracer and white with tracer.
  3. Anyone have a set of these panels they'd part with?
  4. I've not bought these yet, but I plan to. https://www.seatbeltsplus.com/product/Q8496P-4DR.html
  5. Pull it all the way out, put a clamp on the belt so it cannot retract, dye the belt. And no, I don't believe they were ever meant to be taken apart. New replacements are pretty cheap. They have black.
  6. Thanks. They do have some nice switches. Mainly, I just wanted to get the dash back together and my circuits complete. I'll change again when I get my new gauges, I have another dash bezel in better condition that will go in later with new gauges.
  7. Does it fire with a shot of ether?
  8. Then the only thing I have to offer is replace your CPS with a known good one. Despite your testing.
  9. From there there would be a short harness to the trans, wires for 4x4 indicator and wires for back up lights.
  10. Look up pics for Renix flywheel and HO (Chryco) flywheel, the tone rings are completely different. See if you have an HO flywheel, if so, that's your problem.
  11. That should go to the transmission, not the source of you problem.
  12. Offer him $300 for it, like yesterday.
  13. Yeah, maybe a simple 'MJ' would be best.
  14. Index your distributor. BTW....... You have a cam position sensor in that dist, right? Others have reported a similar problem and it was the sensor or dist.
  15. Good enough, for now.
  16. Meh...... Yeah, something clever. Imaginative. ........think bout it.........
  17. I found a XJ in Atlanta that I knew I wanted and was going to buy. Called seller, told him I was coming and would be there in the afternoon, got addy. Got a buddy to ride with me. Drove from Knoxville to Chattanooga. Called seller from Chattanooga to reaffirm. Seller told me he sold it 10 minutes ago. No, it's not a CL thing, it's a people thing. When you give your word......KEEP IT!. Most people are not worth the piss and shit they are made of. Sorry, it happens to all of us. Yes, seller should have given you a courtesy call, at the very least.
  18. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Bendix-12098-New-Clutch-Master-Cylinder-fits-Jeep-Cherokee-Comanche-Diesel-Turbo/110869183952?fits=Year%3A1986|Make%3AJeep|Model%3AComanche&epid=78915273&hash=item19d0517dd0:g:rGoAAOxyJs5RdL6q&vxp=mtr Advance Adapters makes the adapter for this master to your existing line or you can use new BSS line. You have options. The above should be a decent master, US made, Bendix.
  19. I also wanted to mention- If you are redoing your fuse block...........you have several unused spaces to add extra circuits. I added 2 acc circuits and 1 always hot, fused. For future use.
  20. New pedal bushings, Mopar pads, clutch return spring. All cleaned up. Ford switch, bracket from 1990 XJ Auto. The blue 'bushing' is a seal for TPS, centers it nicely, that's why I save this crap. Fits the MJ manual perfectly, I tapped for a 5mm bolt instead of the sheet metal screw that was on the '90. And-
  21. Let me help. "Everything sounds like crap behind an inline 6."
  22. http://digitalguarddawg.com/auto/ I got the PBSII, last of a group buy that came with door module and lock actuators. These are the same systems that come with ididit and Flaming River columns, Digital Guard Dawg is the supplier.
