  1. Wife and I have a 2500+ sqft (plus 1200' of a finished basement), 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 car garage, on a 1/4 acre. Too much house for 2, not enough land for me. Our daughter is in college currently. In the past 28 yrs of owning it, we have "acquired" lots of stuff (nature hates a vacuum). For me, I would like 1500-2000 sqft of living, a large detached garage, and 3 - 5 acres. Tiny houses don't have much appeal. I feel we would constantly in each others way.
  2. Bloody peasants!
  3. I shovel the snow into the bed of my truck. That way I have the weight on the axle. As the snow melts, I lighten the bed load. Pretty easy.
  4. Try these steps
  5. Or Tetris
  6. Looks like a Family Circus comic strip.
  7. Yes there was on page 3. My bad. But there was 'Zep and Black Sabbath just a page back.
  8. Bottle in front of me Beatles or The Stones?
  9. You need the diff. gear ratio and tire size to determine the tooth count. Search the internet for the proper size gear.
  10. You need the earlier style MC.
  11. Pennzoil Syncromesh If you cut the one off the fire wall, you will need to drill through the FW. I would take the MC back to where you got. It cannot be OE if it has a stud where the FW has a stud also. You could try pressing out the one on the MC and keep the FW original.
  12. I swapped from the BA10 to an AX15 with an external slave cylinder. Which MC did you get? The ones I have purchased came with a stud.
  13. Thanks. Great build. The earlier style handles don't have the cable integrated into the mechanism.
  14. At least the PO didn't spray paint the fender flares and part of the Comanche badge. Can't say that much about the door handle, lock plate, and B pillar vent cover.
  15. Are the wheel arches the same for SB and LB? Could you/would you cut out the wheel arch? Is the lower, rear section the same profile for both SB and LB?
  16. SB or LB? If LB I could be interested in the passenger side skin.
  17. Yes. 89 1/2 or newer or if a PO swapped an AX15 in place of a BA10. What is your current trans, BTW? Not sure? The BA10 splits in half from front to back, so the case open lengthwise. AX15 splits in circumference around the case.
  18. Was yours originally an AX15? The BA10 was the trans Jeep used from 87 to mid-89. Since yours is an 88, I guessed it was a BA. If you have a 2wd AX15, the crossmember and trans mount should fit.
  19. I don’t think so. are there JY near you? Be on the lookout for an XJ with a manual. It can be 2 or 4 wd.
  20. That one looks abused. It does look like the correct one. the price seems high, though
  21. Jeremy, here is a thread on installing the XJ hand brake. What put a stop to my conversion is the bracket that holds the cable just under the cab-floor. If you find a way to fabricate one, I would be interested in getting one...or perhaps @Krustyballer16 could make one Edit What cable are you going to use from the handle to the splitter?
  22. Yes. I have purchased this: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1382128&cc=1180213&jsn=856&_nck=ZExt1ysfqhqWnq%2BEvUNdS3Txyey60IDtnjPWF5UU9J0BWQv7pvqZbkEUk86%2BAYIhteHnM8iYlR4ebKH3uRnjZxcDb0o67mtPZBCV8ZwaYy9iATWCyKzrWw6zMoVZjeRvj6PPTkpMNTx95f9DaD7HdXOK3NBSaOc405yvcWxQAj5x6%2B5Zs%2FXQVizs%2F8emZNwVXMFNavEZjDi2LQQFoWloc8ScKPSEC3HSeLnRHye8icso1SEmYkCR018M%2FE6Awt8A5FYKrr7MGN5%2BFrW4OkIbjLQHeTJACesL%2BmLy9rWOab%2BrYUe3BnQikb6hLuN4yGvtMPhT5EU78RGOUuu2FByiMOzVmuh%2FAlf5 Here is the pilot bushing: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=221655&cc=1309452&jsn=925&_nck=ZExt1ysfqhqWnq%2BEvUNdS3Txyey60IDtnjPWF5UU9J0BWQv7pvqZbkEUk86%2BAYIhteHnM8iYlR4ebKH3uRnjZxcDb0o67mtPZBCV8ZwaYy9iATWCyKzrWw6zMoVZjeRvj6PPTkpMNTx95f9DaD7HdXOK3NBSaOc405yvcWxQAj5x6%2B5Zs%2FXQVizs%2F8emZNwVXMFNavEZjDi2LQQFoWloc8ScKPSEC3HSeLnRHye8icso1SEmYkCR018M%2FE6Awt8A5FYKrr7MGN5%2BFrW4OkIbjLQHeTJACesL%2BmLy9rWOab%2BrYUe3BnQikb6hLuN4yGvtMPhT5EU78RGOUuu2FByiMOzVmuh%2FAlf5
  23. I swapped from a BA10 to an AX15 several years ago. I remember all the parts I needed. Did the tcase come with the shift linkage?
