    Crazy mad flex

Who wouldn't want to go out side and flex their manche right after they wake up? My mom would flip out....LOL
  7. When my dad and I were still looking for a good mj for my first car, he found a J-truck (don't remember which one) with a 401. He reeeaaalllyyy wanted me to get it but I wasn't convinced. Now I reeeaaaallllyyyy wish I had. My dad's CJ-5 has the 258 in it, he said that it wasn't anything special. Until he put the Mopar fuel injection on it. He also had it rebuilt and threw a cam in it, it definitely has more power than my mj.
  8. rear brake height sensing thing is hooked up wrong.... But you probably already knew that...
  9. Are you sure it even has a clutch in it?
  10. I believe that plug is for the low wiper fluid sensor if yours were equipped with one. Mine has the same plug and it isn't plugged into any thing either.
  11. Me too, my exhaust mount is now separate from the tranny mount. :D
  12. thanks Hornbrod
  13. Today I lost the little rod that connects the height sensing valve to the rear axle. I already have all the stuff to make a new one, but I need to know what angle the little arm needs to be at. I'm going to make the new rod adjustable. Thanks :wrench: Chad
  14. I've found that lacrosse balls make good toys. They're solid rubber so my dog can't POP em. And they bounce really high.
  15. That filter would have only lasted a couple minutes with my dog. 140lbs Akita
  16. Got it stuck.. Was going down a hill backwards I had just driven up, and didn't see the big log under the brush. The rear axle and bumper were sitting on the log. Ended up having to get dad's CJ to winch it back up the hill far enough to back down around it. My first thought was; "no problem, I'll just gonna winch it out". I quickly realized that the CJ weighs considerably less than the MJ. After trying to use logs and such to chock the wheel, I ended up putting the front bumper up against a tree to keep it from sliding.
  17. My sister cherokee is so much like my mj that I always reach for the shifter. Or I try to put it in gear and hit the wipers.
  18. At my high school, you can use a phone during break, lunch, passing periods, before, and after school. If you get caught during class, most teachers will give you a warning, then take it away if you continue to use it. They usually give it back at the end of class or after school. My parents rule was that we could get a phone when we start junior high school (7th grade). That applied for me and my older sister, but of course my younger sister got hers in 5th grade I think.  I mostly just use mine to call my dad, my mom never answers hers. EVER. I use it to call or text my friends to make plans too, I never really just text people just to talk.
  19. I have a Haynes manual, all I usually use it for is torque specs.
  20. I read some where that you are supposed to start out with the tire at it's maximum pressure, then draw a line across the tread with chalk. Drive forward a couple feet and see if the chalk is wearing off evenly. If not, then lower the pressure and try again. I believe that you wan't to run the highest pressure you can ( according to the chalk test) to get the best mileage. I have never actually tries this though.
  21. You should make the tail lights light up
  22. Manual. I like having more control. Easier to change the fluid also. Also don't have to worry about any of my friends driving "The Jeep Truck" as they call it. Only like two can (kinda) drive a stick....
  23. When I first got mine I was planning on having to get a new door key made since it didn't come with one. :fs2: Then I found a hide-a-key under the bumper.
  24. make sure your breather tubes for the axles, trans, and transfer case are up some what high.
  25. Try cleaning the IAC motor, it helped alot with mine. A quick search should show you were it is and how to clean it. If not, post back... :wrench:
