  1. Better haul some a$$!
  2. Having and selling are two different things.
  3. Didn’t realize I cut off the numbers.
  4. What do you do with an extra NOS chrome MJ bumper (thanks G)? Put it on the MJ trailer of course!!! Also added a step bumper receiver in case I ever want to haul a basket. I made a couple of brackets out of 1/4" steel plate and attached them to the brackets on the trailer and the bumper. Outside view: Inside view: The trailer brackets are 42" apart while the bumper attachment points are 45" apart, so I used 1 1/4" zinc plated perforated square tube spacers on each side making up the 3" disparity (two 1 1/4" spacers and two 1/4" brackets = 3"), there's actually another spacer behind the one in the picture below for the lower rear bolt (it’s poking out in the above pic). It was fun doing this in 105°+ weather the last three days. Now back to the third brake light.
  5. I have these, they fit very well and really keep the temps down. Amazon Coverking link
  6. Should fit the 10 hole Eliminator wheels eBay link
  7. Mill out some Comanches!
  8. Thanks! Interesting, must be an export thing since the 8th position for ‘90 is the engine code, L for a 4.0.
  9. Well the accessories guide in ‘87 had it listed for $171.69, that’s $475 in today’s money. So current price is not outrageous.
  10. Does it have a salvage title?
  11. So it sounds like maybe it’s not a 63000???
  12. June 2024 update, see first post. 15 new additions this month for a total of 2286.
  13. Is your 64.75” measurement including the plastic end pieces? My stock one is 68” including them and 45” for the mounts. From what I remember there are special mounting brackets required for the Fey/Westin bumpers to bolt to the rear bumper mounts.
  14. https://www.sfxperformance.com/mmy/1990/Jeep/Comanche/parts/Louvers/search willpak industries makes them
  15. Who’s got the deeper pockets?
  16. @Wouter can you please verify the 8th position in the VIN? I can't find a listing for "U" for 1990, is it an L? Thanks

It's not a factory Big Ton, 8th digit is a T which means Laredo, Std. Payload. A "U" is Laredo, Metric Ton.
  18. This one has the 2.8 not the 2.5 listed in the brochure. But in any case you should pick it up since you already have the literature for it.
  19. Wow! Nice trip. When you get a chance add the VIN to the registry.
  20. They are pretty rare, I’ve only seen one other owned by @Sugarfoot. I think those two brackets attach to the glass with tape and the louvers hang in them because you can flip them up to clean the window.
  21. Found this on our walk this morning. I think the dogs are saying “what the buck?”
  22. Sounds like rod knock to me. Get a long screwdriver put it to your ear and touch different places along the top and bottom of the engine to locate the sound. If it’s louder at the bottom it may be a bad bearing.
