The fronts are 5 1/8”x4 1/2” and bolt in front of the drain plugs and brackets (G&F in the diagram) under the bed are required for installation. The rears are 7 1/2”x5 1/2” and mount to the front of the wheel well and also have a backing plate (E in the diagram) underneath. All have rubber gaskets between them and the bed (D in the diagram). I use group 34 in all my MJs with the stock battery tray, no problems with clearing the hood. If you still have the stock bracket that bolts to the radiator support you’ll have to flip it. I’ve read that AGMs need a slightly higher charging rate ~14.5 volts for optimal lifespan, not sure if that’s a real problem.

While you’re in there make sure that steering box spacer is intact. It’s against the crossmember. -

Interesting that this is a big ton, (G in the 4th position) but the build sheet says it has 3.07 gears.
